Really lovely friendly staff who go out of their way to help. The shop can be very busy with people buying many items at one time and staff are rushed off of their feet, but still they manage to always have a smile on their faces and help customers with their purchases. Can't fault the place, 5 stars all round.

I am really impressed with the excellent customer service received at the woolwich store today. The customer assistant (Mo) took her time to resolve a query for me as I had difficulty processing an online sales with clarks egift card. Really good service.

Staff are friendly despite this being a very busy store.They have a good range of shoes with good availability in most sizes. The store prices fluctuate up and down which can be frustrating. Shoes which were £ 6 last week can go up to £16 and then back down a week later to £10. So you need to pop in regularly to get the best deals available.

Good experience I have there. A new male worker in the store is very helpful. I got all the shoes I wanted at affordable prices even shoes for A level students.

The staff were lovely and helped get my nephew his first proper shoes. Sadly getting H wide is difficult anywhere. I hope for more places to size shoes with widths

A great place to buy quality Clarks shoes for very small money. Have been coming here for years.
Every time prices change, for example: 3 pairs for £45, or 2 pairs for £26. I even managed to get 2 pairs of ladies lather boots in exellent condition for only £6 each. Many shoes are faulty/ scratched or colour does not match, therefore make sure you check them properly before putting in to your basket. Refund or exchange is offered.

Where else can you get three pairs of leather Chelsea boots for less than £70! Bargains to be had...and the staff are very helpful and approachable.
