Mandy is my savior. I had gone somewhere else too many times to give them a chance to get my hair right. Mandy got it on the first time. She also doesn’t try to sell me lots of products which shows she’s concentrating on the service she is providing. These are two different times I’ve gone to get my hair done.

I had the awesome opportunity to get my haircuts at this salon today, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She took such great care of me and listened to all my concerns with my hair and recommended solutions on how to keep it healthy and happy. I’ll definitely be back and try out their other services as well. For me it’s a 10/10, love this place!

I've never been one to be a regular with anything, but I absolutely love this salon and the company within. Always kind and ready to do a crazy design I ask. And have the well being of my skin and hair in mind and resend when needed something new or different. Couldn't say enough high praises!

Mandy is amazing! I didn’t give her a lot to work with. A different salon took my hair too dark and made a mess of it and I tried to fix it myself and made it much worse. She was able to make it look 100% better in one sitting.

I've used Sally Taylor at Innovations salon for years, she is the only stylist I have ever let touch my hair in the UK! She's a true master of her craft and will make your hair dreams come true. My hair has never been healthier or thicker under her care.

This was my first time going to innovations. I got my eyebrows waxed and my hair chopped. The woman who waxed my brows listened to exactly what I wanted and nailed it! No 2000’s thin lines above my eyes for me. She was awesome. Sally cut my hair, and she was amazing. She talked through exactly what I wanted and made it happen! I’m obsessed with how everything turned out. I’m always skeptical trying new salons, but this place has won me over and I will be back!

Love the ladies here! I always tell Kelly to surprise me when she does my nails. She never disappoints!!! I also enjoy getting my hair done here!

Sally cut my hair and was understanding when I explained I suffer anxiety. She was very caring and I throughly loved my hair cut. Very reasonable prices and I'll be back again soon for a colour . The salon is lovely and airy, clean and everyone there was friendly couldn't fault the whole time I spent there .

After a major hair disaster sally had been an absolute life saver, has managed to squeeze me into a what seems already a busy day for her, and has saved my hair!! Absolutely lovely lady, i’d 100% recommend!!

Sally does a great job with highlights and lowlights. She knows what she is doing! Plus, she is nice. I usually hate going to hair salons- they stress me out- but this salon is friendly and peaceful.
