R Malone Joinery

Recently we contacted R Malone joinery as we couldn’t find prebuilt furniture to fit where we needed it.
Rob came to our home to do us a quote and sat with us to confirm our requirements. Rob is a lovely chap and easy to communicate with and easy and friendly to talk to.
We did have to wait for a little while for installation as Rob makes all the units bespoke even the colour of your choice is included, door handles and worktop colour is your choice. Rob also sends cad drawings for you to see what has been proposed for your installation which can be changed or added to if it’s not quite right.
On the day of fitting Rob arrived as and when he told us he would arrive. The work took three days in total. No mess or fuss and the finished product is amazing value for money and a totally professional fit from start to finish. We’re over the moon with the work rob has done for us. In fact we had him back to install a second display/storage cabinet in our dining room to match the lounge furniture.

I contacted Rob after reading his reviews and he didn't disappoint. I wanted a walk-in wardrobe, and he very quickly came up with a design to suit the space perfectly. It's great to have the same person design, measure, manufacture and install and he was a pleasure to deal with. I'm very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend him.

I had Rob fit a walk in wardrobe and some wooden panelling in the bedroom for me, following a personal recommendation. He built a custom design for both jobs, the wardrobe included a CAD rendering with the option to change the design but he got it absolutely spot on with no changes necessary from his design. Rob's work is flawless and of exceptional quality. He's clean, diligent and he's a really nice bloke as well. Thanks again Rob.

Rob did a great job, start to finish. Really friendly coming to do the quote, communicated well and made all the changes we asked for after we saw the visualisations and finished on time.

Rob built us a bank of fitted shaker style wardrobes in our bedroom. We are thrilled with the result- the wardrobes are very well-designed, beautifully built and are a real focal point of the room. Rob’s work is precise and beautifully crafted. He is also a lovely chap! We would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend his work.

This is the second project Rob has now completed for us and we've already booked him in for a 3rd. Not only is his workmanship outstanding, but he's also a really nice professional & trustworthy guy. We approached R Malone as we required some bespoke storage, within a small space to suit our small animal hotel requirements and standard furniture available from the usual players was making us stress and lose confidence in what we wanted to achieve.

Rob was knowledgable and collaborative when it came to the design/quote, listening to our brief and understanding what we needed, while also working within our budget. During installation he was tidy and respectful of our home.

We have just had alcove cupboards and shelving made by Rob. He was very helpful during all stages of work, and sent a choice of designs beforehand. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the overall finish. Rob even returned a few days later just to fit the cupboard handles for us, as we hadn't chosen them at the time of installation. Great service.

Rob designed and built double wardrobes for us all the way down in Bristol. He did an excellent job, fitted beautifully and with a really high quality finish. As always Rob was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he even joined in and sang Happy Birthday to our son celebrating his 5th birthday! Highly recommended

I would absolutely recommend R Malone Joinery for the work he did on two wardrobes. We booked with him in June and he did all the work in three days in November.

He knocked out the walls and replaced them with a built in wardrobe, and also at our request, built in the existing furniture we had in the room. We've never had so much space!

Rob was friendly to us all including answering all the questions from our 6 year old whilst socially distancing. Plus he left with no mess

We had discussions with several carpenters but only Rob understood what we were looking for. He was very efficient, polite and completed the job on time. We are so happy with the outcome, it looks even better than what we had thought. Can't wait for him to do more work for us.

Rob provided us with a quote quickly, thoroughly and worked with us multiple times to refine and define our requirements. He built an under stair unit for our living room, provided us with drawings, options to solve our design solutions and more. We had quotes from others who were hard to get hold off, very wishy washy and although slightly cheaper did not seem to want to help us at all.

He was happy to answer any questions quickly, and attend in person where necessary. We are extremely happy with his work, the unit is completely bespoke to how we need it and seamlessly fits in with our living room.
