Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Arnold

I am very satisfied with the service. I waited less than 5 minutes, each step was carefully explained to me and everyone was very friendly. The whole thing, including my first eye test, selection of glasses and frames, took less than 1 hour. I definitely recommend it

I came early in the week, and was checked in quickly and shown where to take a seat.
I was called through very quickly, for the first few checks of my eyes, I decided to have the picture taken off the back of my eyes as well.
I was then taken straight through for my eye check. I was asked some questions about my current health, the optician was checking what I had entered into the online health form.
My eye test was completed and the optician took a look at the pictures taken. Then my eyes were looked at, which found something which concerned her. She told me she would do an urgent referral letter to be sent to my doctors do they could do it for me.
While I was looking at new frames she typed up the letter and came to find me to hand this to me.
I found the frames I wanted and sat with 2 of the team, one gentleman who was having some training, and he did really well.

Can't wait to get my new glasses.
Referral was handed to my doctors and actioned on the same day. Awaiting my appointment in April.

I was treated as a valued customer even though it was my first visit to a Specsavers branch.all details were explained to me by all the team members I had dealings with .I would recommend Specsavers Arnold to my friends and family any time.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Didn't have to wait long. All the staff were great very efficient and friendly. Made sure my glasses were a good fit & were correct.

Fantastic !. The lens on my reading glasses had come away from the frame making reading fuzzy.Asked if it could be popped back in. The manager had a look after the optician pointed it out and said it was a design fault. Hey presto ! A new pair of specs curtesy of Spacsavers. More than impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Thank you. Top marks.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long at any point and knew what was happening next. The optician was very courteous and made sure I was comfortable. Everything was explained very clearly.

In the last week I had both eye test and hearing test with wax removal. On both counts absolutely the best. Never had such courteous and professional service. Particularly Hannah in audiology. She was brilliant on every level. Thank you.

Good quick service, pleasant staff and really helpful, loads of glasses to choose from and help in finding ones that suited me plus thorough eye tests. Would recommend.

I’ve been going to Specsavers for years and I’ve have always been happy with my purchases. I’ve recently been back and to walk into a store to see friendly happy staff that look like they want to work there is even better as it makes me feel that I will be looked after properly and they did .

Had wax removal with Hannah today at the Arnold branch. She was so kind and efficient in sorting out my left ear. Excellent customer service!

Fantastic service with a smile ,all made so easy simple no rushing ,every part explained in full always check if ok ,once testing done help in selecting frames etc made sorting new glasses so easy.
