WOW got footballers carpet in my bedroom and it’s superb (didn’t cost the earth thanks to designer carpet!).
Easy to deal with ordered quiet a few samples (quick delivery) then once purchased I was contacted for delivery time option (within 4 days in my case impressive) two man delivery all done!.
I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Ordered a bespoke rug. Excellent quality and good price. When they said it would be delivered on the delivery date at 11.38 I was surprised. Even more surprised when it was delivered at 11.38! Exact time to the minute. Never experienced that before. Would definitely recommend

I have purchased two carpets from Designer Carpets and am so happy I came across them.

The first one last year was when I stumbled across this company selling the carpet I was after at a much reduced price, even better they were fairly local to me and had excellent customer service.

When purchasing a second carpet this year there was only one place I looked, I made a slight misjudgement in the carpet I picked as hadn't fully understood what shading meant and how much of an impact there would be. After contacting via email during lockdown Lin promptly responded to my many questions giving advice on best way to fit to reduce the impact etc and my mind was put at ease. Again very happy with my purchase, only issue is it makes my other carpet seem less luxurious.

Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

What a great website to navigate. Communication from the staff was really good ,I am very happy with my product( so is the cat) ,love the way you can choose how to have your rug/ carpet edged. Delivery was quicker than expected.

We ordered a piece of Sisool for a small home office - where it would not have been cost effective to purchase a full width at full price. It is beautiful, durable, practical and was easier for the fitters to lay than sisal. With all the quick transformations clients need during these unusual times we are so grateful to have suppliers like you to work with! We will send pictures when the project is ready!

I purchased an extremely large remnant from Designer Carpet. They carved it into 4 large rugs and whipped the edges beautifully for me. The price for this service was extremely good and they delivered it too. The communication throughout was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, in fact I already have! I would definitely look to Designer Carpet again when looking for carpets/rugs.

I had previously purchased from Designer Carpets during lockdown 2020 and was very impressed with their customer service and products so naturally turned to them when I needed new carpet. Again, they have been professional, helpful and cost effective; from helping me with measurements for a staircase, arranging and sending samples to final purchase and prompt delivery. Can highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you!

Five stars for customer service - 4 x samples were received within days of our request. Our emailed queries were answered promptly and help was provided when we were unable to place our order of 4 x custom sized rugs via the website. Delivery was exactly 6 weeks after our order was placed, as advised. Our purchase arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. We opted for the wool whipped edging which is very neat and matches the rug colour perfectly. Of course we have only had the rugs down for about 3 weeks so still early days - the true test is how well they wear over the next few months but our initial opinion is they are excellent quality and value for money.

Excellent! Easy to use website, which clearly shows any full price carpets that have remnants available. Ordered samples on 2 occasions and they arrived quickly. Ordered after being happy with a carpet from the second set of samples and it was available as remnant that saved me a huge amount off the price and was great as I only needed a small piece for the office. I have bought quality wool carpet remnants at considerably reduced prices. I made a number of enquiries about the carpets I bought and the staff were extremely helpful. Delivery was easy to arrange and the courier came on time and carried the carpets in to the rooms I requested. Excellent products and excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased I came across this company online. I’ve been looking for a small piece of carpet. Quality carpet and had to be the correct colour. Also, just about the right size for me to fit. Having checked online for my needs, I got the just the size and colour and type of carpet. Delivery was just about a week later and by the end of that week I had fitted the carpet. Very pleased with this carpet.
I’ve already been looking for my next piece of carpet.
If you want to save yourself, some effort and money getting quality carpet, you might be in luck with this company.

Fantastic resource for carpet remnants. I was able to carpet my small spare bedroom in a really high quality carpet for less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. Fast delivery easy to use web site. Can’t comment on customer service because I didn’t need to use it. I would definitely recommend.
