Fabulous curated clothes. Lucy and her team give thoughtful, honest and encouraging style advice that I always trust, so I have never been disappointed with a purchase, and they have helped me choose things which are outside my (usually quite narrow) style choices. The customer service is excellent and very personal and they always go the extra mile - this has been especially noticeable through the pandemic. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Great service. Ordered a package from the store and it went missing at the post office, no fault of the store. Spoke to staff at the shop, through email and on the phone. They were very helpful and in the end my package arrived! Thanks very much for the help!

First class customer service received from Lucy at Real Clothing. Super helpful when it came to picking the right sizes and as a result everything fitted perfectly. Order arrived quickly and well packaged. The Fabienne Chapot clothing I ordered is beautifully made and comfortable to wear. So excited to have somewhere to go and wear it all even if it's just to the supermarket until lockdown is over. Such a lovely shop which sells such a wide variety of lovely things as well as gorgeous clothes. Rupert, Lucy and all of the staff are always so helpful and go the extra mile to ensure you can find everything you would like.

Lovely shop, friendly staff. Miss the ladies shop but still plenty to choose from in the original shop. Always feel welcome, they make a fuss of my baby and I always leave with something gorgeous for myself or husband .
