My own experience at this pharmacy is excellent. Friendly staff throughout. It’s not often I have to wait long for my prescription. The staff are very helpful and caring.

Rang the Pharmacy this morning as I had run out of one of my medications which was totally my fault. The pharmacist was so pleasant and understanding, they issued me an emergency prescription with enough tablets to last me a few days. I can't thank them enough.

First time I’ve used this pharmacy and I was very impressed with the service. Staff were really friendly and helpful and they processed my prescription in 5 minutes.

Staff always helpful, friendly and professional on phone and face to face. Laura was so kind verifying my prescription was ready and got it out to me as I was unable to collect it. The delivery person was respectful and friendly.

Staff are always pleasant and friendly and on the rare occasion I’ve needed advice, the pharmacist has been professional and helpful. Queues are always well managed, too.

I worked nearby, and only used it once. Good experience with the staffs and they are friendly and helpful. Probably quite busy most time as patients from the GP surgery close by always go there for their meds. Will recommend!

I think they are worth a 4 star. I have never had any issues at this pharmacy, apart from when they said the pharmacist was in and they weren't. I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful.

Takes a long time to be served

The staff are rude and suggested I was a lier when I questioned them about missing items from my prescription. They have no idea what they are doing. They source work out but don't have contact numbers for these companies. The worse has purple hair, which for most assistants would not be allowed, and shows a general lack of professionalism. Anyway I have changed pharmacy and would not recommend them at all. I do not make a habit of leaving reviews, which shows how disappointed I am.

Was informed closing time was 1pm. Apperently shut at 12? I needed my medication which was very important to have before Christmas and now I am not able to get it because of lousy staff not giving correct information.
