Well Pharmacy

From the first moment I walked in I was so impressed with being met with smiles and a genuine staff that I believed will go above and beyond to help. A little kindness goes a long way but this pharmacy made me feel like a person not just another prescription.
In fact we are talking about moving Dr's just to be able to be use this pharmacy?

This pharmacy is typically good. Sometimes the queue can be long and cause a lengthy wait, but this isn’t often and depends on the time of day you go in my experience. For those who claim they have a significant wait to pick up medication, I would suggest ordering repeats online in advance of collection. On the whole, it operates efficiently and both the till operators and pharmacists are very professional and helpful. I cannot fault it.

Having read some poor reviews of this Chemist I did wonder if I 'd been wise choosing them for my repeat prescriptions.
After phoning to confirm my prescription would be ready I was assured it would be.
Upon arrival all was indeed ready to go.
They even helped to make sure future prescriptions would be ready at the due date.
I found the Staff to be pleasant and efficient.
As it's right next door to the Medical Practice it could hardly be more convenient.

I carnt really fault them. Staff have always been super helpful and try hard to resolve medication issues. If you prefer medication in plenty of time there or usually an issue for me.
I have had some trip le with medication that's just been prescribed not being in stock bit they are a small pharmacy so it's to b3 expected and they help to resolve the issues.
Staff are always lovely in my opinion.
So thank you staff. You do a very important job which I couldn't do.

Gone to them a hundred times and don't know how people are leaving such low reviews as they have always been kind, quick to serve and you're only waiting for your medication at most 15mins and that's when they are busy. They are brilliant staff who genuinely care for your wellbeing and have helped me out loads of times.

Helpfull staff prescriptions always reeady on time.

Amazing the service was quick and efficient I would recommend any patient to go and the staff where incredibly passionate and empathetic.

Used to provide a good service - after change of 'mamagement', quality and responsiveness went downhill massively. Came in last week to pick up our repeated prescription for my disabled wife, found out it's not prepared, somehow not repeated anymore, needs to be ordered in person and to come back on Friday Afternoon. I did. No records on the system nor any medication to pick up. Backwards and forwards with the GP - seemingly everything was sorted - Today (Monday) we were told nothing is ready and yet again no orders were made / nothing on the system. Absolute mess.

They barely answer the phone and there's been times when I've waited in the pharmacy for them to tell me they're breaking up for lunch when they easily could have told me that while I was waiting. Most of the staff are nice, helpful and polite but there's one who's always kinda snide.

I can't remember the last time they've ever been able to give me my prescription. They never have anything in.

My husband was glared at today by a female pharmacist just for daring to ask her a question. She ignored him. He asked again very politely but

again she just glared at him so that's it we have had enough after years of bad service we are going elsewhere

Absolutely shocking pharmacy. They always seem to be understaffed & there is always a delay with prescriptions even if these have been submitted days prior. I've been in the pharmacy waiting for 15 minutes previously with an elderly lady in front of me and no one has even bothered to communicate why there is no one serving at the counter, I've had to specifically ask staff what is happening and why no one is communicating. The next time the GP asks to send my prescription to the pharmacy I will refuse and request elsewhere.
