Always efficient and helpful despite being very busy.
Always available to check out any ailments that G.P. Does not have time for - however I hsve noticed that the G.P. Surgery has freed up more staff and ‘the face to face ‘ experience is more the norm .

There was one person in front of me discussing with (presumably) the pharmacist a problem that her little daughter had. Fine. My issue is that there were at least 2 other staff members there who, for several minutes found something better to do than serve me - one of them in the back of the pharmacy, the other contributing nothing more than a concerned smile to the serving of the other customer. I didn't want the other customer to be made to feel awkward so I said nothing but simply walked out. No-one cared to call after me.
