Working class people beware! One day I went to buy a cabbage, however before I had set foot inside a golf cart caused me to topple at an angle of 76 degrees to the horizontal. After a Range Rover beat me to the front doors, I decided that I was being discriminated against by posh people who can afford £7.99 whiskey smoked salmon on a daily basis.
Would recommend even if you drive a defender

Really good range, especially for a small store & all the staff are absolutely brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable. Meat, fish & Sushi Daily counter as well as a small in-store bakery & self scan checkouts at each entrance. Good to have the coffee machines back now!

Magical staff.
My 4 year old daughter started to explain to one of the team (we'll call her Rose, I didn't catch her name) that she'd grazed her knee falling over earlier, and asked if Rose could help. Rose took a beat and then pulled out her (invisible) magic wand, and proceeded to do a little healing spell on my daughter's knee. This was immediately effective. My daughter, rather than saying thank you as I had suggested, promptly asked for a crown. Rose said "of course!" disappeared for a minute and then reappeared with a (very visible) crown. My daughter did say thank you this time!

I love coming to this supermarket. The sales assistants are always very nice, polite, patient, and helpful. The product portfolio is quite varied and offers a good quality. Waitrose may be more pricy than other supermarkets but it is worth it. Specially, when the staff is so friendly. Most of the time they recognise usual customers and they always put a smile on my face. It reminds me to the small family stores in Spain.

Food prices not that bad. I'm still managing to buy my basics. The cashier was so pleasant happy for that. Nice to be saved by someone cheerful and greet customers at the till. Loved it.

Amazing collection. It's an enormous store. Prices are slightly higher than its neighbors but of course, with Waitrose, there is no compromise on quality.
Huge variety of products.

I regularly do the week shopping here. Good location, large Parking, good discounts. They have self scan and easy check out I love since you can skip all queue. Staff are really helpful. Parking is little expensive though.

So honest staff in today's day and age. Amazing, I lost my wallet there, the cleaner found it and handed over to the duty manage. I live in London and couldn't head back so after checking all possibilities, ensuring data protection act. They finally posted it without a pence missing in my wallet. Thank you.

I was so delighted the way I was served by the staff. Especially the one who offered assisting to carry my Henry hoover. He asked if I was driving, replied no I'm going to catch a bus. We went together to no 10 bus stop, offered him a tip, politely declined. It proved there are still genuine people in this world.

Everything one could want from a supermarket. Great produce and unusual items too which I can't find at other stores.
29november...unfortunately I bought a pie there today. Chicken and mushroom.. Tastes good but its all pastry.. 3 tiny bits of chicken.. I opened it up.. Hollow almost.. Still a great store but this pie should be taken off shelves in my humble opinion.
Called up the store. Wonderful staff offered me a refund and couldn't apologise more.
Customer service excellent.

Staff very kind, location clean and well organized with attention to the Covid restrictions. They have some organic products of good quality. However, they are a bit too expensive and the variety of the organic and "free from" products is not sufficient for me.

This Waitrose has improved enormously the last few years, the staff are - almost, if not quite all - much more polite and seem more upbeat.
This is in spite of their being a bit understaffed, usually have to wait at the cheese counter in the evenings and the tills are undermanned.

The food is generally better quality than at other supermarkets in the area. Prices variable, some items are great value just as at other supermarkets price and quality variable but quality generally better here in my view.

The security guy on the door should be commended for being friendly but efficient, on top of covid requirements for hand gelling, catching anyone dodging it in a firm but friendly way. Well done, cares about what he is doing. I felt very reassured.

Since life changed forever Waitrose have really stepped up to the mark. Everything is very well organised and it feels safe to shop there. As you wait for entry you see the trolleys/baskets being disinfected and there always a supply of hand sanitiser.
As an extra example of customer service when it began to drizzle a few days ago a partner was handing out umbrellas to those in the queue without them.

Such a lovely Waitrose! The staff always so helpful and a large variety of all the products you can imagine, from bread to fish!

This compact Waitrose location offers quality produce, baked goods, meat, alcohol, and much more. It is can be a bit pricey, but the offering is top drawer, and the staff are friendly, professional, and effective. With a Waitrose card you can get a free coffee and get a free newspaper with a minimum purchase.

A great fairly sizeable store, with a little bit of everything you might need during your week. The staff a very kind and always go above and beyond to assist you. I would recommend coming here over the other local superstores nearby

Lots of parking & avoided traffic congestion on Botley Road. Very well organised supermarket, I found everything I needed plus some I didn't know I wanted!!! Good value for money. Staff excellent.

No queues inside or out. Staff helpful and professional as always. Everything on my list in stock and a few tempting treats on offer. Good job!

Excellent store with great staff and the best range of products in Headington by far. Good covid-secure measures in place however it is annoying that it still has to close at 7pm
