We had a great stay here!

Location was ideal for local transport links & not far from the city centre.

The room was very clean, staff super helpful with advice on the area too.

We had to meals at the hotel which were very pleasant.
We will definitely return.

The most wonderful stay at the premier inn all thanks to the beautiful Isabel! I had such an awful day with train cancelations and had to unexpectedly stay the night in Nottingham with no overnight bag. Isabel kindly and calmly helped me with everything I needed. She was extremely helpful with suggestions and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. It was extremely comforting having someone so kind and compassionate. My room was lovely and clean. There was no noise and check in was extremely smooth! WiFi was great. Overall highly recommend this stay and huge thank you to the amazing Isabel!

Great stay Amy the Hotel Manager looked after us for our whole stay and Bobby the breakfast chef was great you could tell he loved his job in the kitchen and cooks a mean pouched egg! Would stay again if in the area.

We stayed from 15th to 19th January 2024. Since we were there previously a lot of money has been spent upgrading this hotel. It is still excellent value . Staff are brilliant, even showed us all available ground floor rooms for my wife who has mobility problems. Helped me to de-ice my car also. The latest addition is the breakfast room where they prepare and cook all the breakfasts for which Premier Inn are rightly renowned. Other meals are in the adjacent Nottingham Knight pub (Greene King, great draft ales and food). THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE.

Lovely friendly staff, really comfy bed, shower brilliant, breakfast perfect, plenty of choice. Highly recommend staying.

Ideal location for visiting Clifton campus. Room fine, no noise traffic when windows closed. Best bit was the breakfast. Excellent variety available, hot and plentiful. So good we didn't need lunch 😋

One of the best premier inns I have been to. Everyone was so nice and helpful since I arrived. The lady in reception went above and beyond. Definitely staying there everytime I visit Nottingham.

Stayed for 1 night Christmas Day, Lovely comfortable bed,big room and a beautiful fry up breakfast made this a wonderful stay that I can highly recommend.

Great location, close to town and easy access in to hotel from main road. A very popular hotel and bar / restaurant, with good service even with a high number of guests and locals eating in. The staff were friendly and helpful and managed a high throughput of customers very well, i would definitely recommend and stay again.

Room was clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly, the lady in the restaurant for breakfast was especially friendly and helpful the breakfast was craking.

Rooms a little tired, need sprucing up.
Clean though, even if staff are over worked.
Best fresh cooked breakfast at a Premier Inn, or at most hotels, no buffet here, cooked freshly to order and served at your table.

Good location, excellent customer service, friendly staff and a good variety at the breakfast buffet.

Stayed in this hotel for one night last month for a quick stop over in Nottingham. The hotel was small but the rooms were modern and clean, and the pub next door was an added bonus as it saved us from having to drive somewhere for dinner. The hotel doesn’t have air con, but the windows open well and so this didn’t bother us.
