I spoke to 8 roofers about replacing our poorly installed GRP roof. Not one came close to matching London GRP for expertise/knowledge of this type of roof. Steve and his team weren't available *immediately* - a good sign - and I'm very glad I waited.
The quote was competitive and they even refunded me some of the materials they ended up not using. The work was executed exactly on time (weather permitting), and being great communicators, Steve, Luke and Ben were a pleasure to deal with at every stage. Thanks, guys.

Steve (and team) inspected and replaced our porch roof and repaired an area on our main roof where wall cladding had slipped down. Steve was excellent and we’re really pleased with the work he did but also his level of professionalism and transparency. We got several inspections and estimates from other people / companies before we found Steve and none of them were anywhere near as professional or genuine. Steve and his colleague turned up when they said they would, they did what they said they’d do and they were friendly and explained everything so we knew what was what. What more could you ask for?

Steve saved us in the winter when our GRP loft roof began to leak by using an emergency paint covering and he took the trouble to follow up with a call a couple of weeks later after some heavy rain to check the repair was holding. More recently, he completely replaced the roof, including taking the trouble to turn up early on a Saturday so he could finish the top coat before it got too hot. We were very happy with his professional and thorough approach and only wish he'd done our roof the first time round. The lesson is that GRP - while an excellent choice - is a specialist job that needs someone who knows what they're doing - in that respect, Steve and his team tick all the boxes and we highly recommend them.

From the initial consultation through to delivery & completion Steve & his team were highly professional. Communication throughout the work was always quick and informative. The team were always punctual and respectful when on-site. They take pride in their work and ensure that everything they do is built to last. The cowboys that built & surfaced my roof initially did such a bad job that London GRP Roofing had their work cut out to remove damaged materials, and make good. The repairs were explained throughout and the final result is amazing. Couldn't be happier.
Steve also helped liaise with other suppliers for the scaffolding & some lead-work repair which made the whole organisation less stressful for me.

Our flat roof was leaking for years, we came across GRP roofing and so pleased we did, Steve and colleagues was very professional and extremely hard working in getting the job done especially in the very cold weather. We were very impressed how we were kept updated on the progress and they were very honest with what work they were doing & cost involved. I contacted Steve from London GRP Roofing when I realised that the main contractor on our house renovation was using general labourers to do the specialised task of applying the fibre glass roof on our dormer.

Steve was amazing in responding to my distress and in need of a second opinion on the state of the roof and the work carried out. Steve went above and beyond to determine what had been done and next steps to ensure we ended up with a flat roof that would stand the test of time.

*CARE AND CONSIDERATION*
In the first instance he asked to see image of the work carried out to date. He responded with up a VERY long email with step by step guide on what needed to be done and what to look out for. It was extremely detailed and written with care, including links to resources and references for us to read up on and understand the issues at hand.

*PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY*
The approach of London GRP Roofing was short of professional. Despite me offering to give them the job and being open for them to redo the roof (if it needed to be redone), Steve provided me with impartial and honest guidance that ultimately meant less business for him. He even offered to come to inspect the roof in person before letting me know I had nothing to worry about. And he provided guidance to my main contractor on how to implement some simple precautions to finalise the job.

A roof is one of the most integral parts of the house renovation and when you experience your worst nightmare with cowboy builders who show minimal respect and responsibility for the task at hand - coming in contact with someone like Steve and London GRP Roofing who was willing to take the time to listen, inspect and provide guidance to put our minds at ease is a priceless service.

I had problems with damp walls for years and had several repairs to the flat roof above, finally I was recommended to London GRP Roofing and Steve diagnosed the problem and gave me a good price. the job was completed over 6 months ago and we have had no damp problems since.

Steve suggested and fitted a light tunnel to our roof that has made such a difference to our downstairs hall. He also replaced all of our soffits, facias and gutters. Really pleased with his work and pricing. Steve is a genuinely nice guy.
