Radcliffe day and night Pharmacy

Today l called on to enquire about a flu vaccination. I was offered it on the spot no appointment delay and the pharmacist could not have been more helpful. Also I didn't feel a thing! Highly recommended.

I have a relative with various medical issues. This chemist has shown more than a duty of care ringing the family to let us know any changes and has made helpful suggestions in managing our relatives medication. We are so grateful to them. They have gone the extra mile and more.

Very fast, helpful staff and open late!

The staff are friendly here and are always willing to help. It's open until late, so it's always easy to collect your medication. They also sell the standard range of items you'd expect to be able to buy from a pharmacy, and aren't too expensive.

Only pharmacy locally that is open late & on Sunday's. The lovely pharmacist I saw on Sunday was very helpful & advised the best way I could get an out of hours prescription for my daughter.

Edit: having had a chance to speak to the pharmacist direct I have edited this review because I realise these are hard times for everyone. My personal experience has been that I was told the pharmacy didn't have my prescription until I got the prescriber to phone while I was there and then they did have it. In fairness to the pharmacist he did go out of his way to get the medication they didn't have any stock of.

Going in yesterday being completely out of an important medication I was very matter of factly told that they didn't have this medication either and no offer to order it. Having been confronted about my review today I am told that the people I spoke to were trainees however it is worrying that there appears to be little oversight. I wish the pharmacist all the best but I will be changing pharmacy going forward.

Lovely staff but incredibly unhelpful owner who cares more about himself than patients. Use Wells in the Village and the service is ten times better and they actually care. Recently had to report to the local health board for poor patient care. Avoid at all costs

Really awful customer service. Went in four times in a month to pick up a prescription that I was told wasn’t in each time. Went into complete withdrawals from medication because of this only to be told on the 4th visit that it had been on the shelf since a month prior. Only excuse given was ‘the other staff didn’t look properly’, didn’t really seem all that bothered that it had happened. Absolutely ridiculous to think that three separate members of staff couldn’t check a shelf and so I had to go without my medication for a month. Will be switching to the other pharmacy for the next lot.

Dreadful customer service. Have been twice today to collect a prescription. Both times have been totally ignored for about 4 minutes after entering then a lengthy silence looking at the computer then just a curt 'it's not here'.
