All week open pharmacy. There is parking place at the premises and these is ramp for access to reach.

Staff are very helpful and yes now having to wait longer for prescriptions more recently but I understand the pressures. However, my husband has gone to collect my meds after work today, i checked opening times and it says open until 9.45pm on a Sunday...it was 6pm when he arrived and they were locking up!!

Have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now and it is hit and miss, however recently I've found it to be a bit awkward. I am epileptic and get my prescriptions monthly. When I go to pick up my prescription recently it's never ready, and if I put in the request 4 or 5 days ago then really it should be ready. I have enough to last until the end of the week but I've been told they have the prescription but not the product and that now I've got to waste my time going to different pharmacies on a weekend away stressing myself out. I understand that the NHS is under pressure and that's just not okay, but people with medical conditions are also being let down and now I'm worried about my weekend even when I ordered my tablets as soon as I could. Just frustrating.

I’ve used this pharmacy for a few years and initially it was very good, it has gone downhill dramatically. Prescriptions often not ready days after ordering, long waits in store whilst they make up prescription that was requested days ago, can’t find medication, it’s endless. There are no staff and I’m not blaming those who work there but those who are accountable for the service.

Same problem with me Jordan Brookes. Their waiting times are so longer even though they says I’m in no.1 queue. After waiting for so long call disconnected by itself which is quite annoying and waiting times so longer.
