Easy to get parked as usually plenty of spaces (limited to 90 minutes). Staff are friendly and orders arrive quickly most of time, although it does depend on how busy the restaurant is. Plenty of tables for indoor seating, clean toilets. Overall a really good McDonald's restaurant. Visited again today, warm Fries and excellent Big Mac. Very clean. Another revisits were just as good as the first.

Completey messed up the order at the driver thru but were upfront about it and compensated us with an ice cream for the kids for free. Can't say fairer than that and the food was hot and fresh

Everything you expect from a McDonald's. Clean, hot food, good staff and open at 1am. Brilliant.

Not so cheap burgers anymore that are suffering from severe shrinkflation and flavour bypass. Don't make them how they used to.

Outlet near Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is about as good as it gets. Not a large venue but haven't failed to get a table so far.

Used this local branch for years and every aspect of it has been brilliant whether drive through or dining in. Staff professional and friendly. Great service and fantastic food that’s prepared quickly. Staff when eating in really helpful and the place always spotlessly clean.

I came here with the intention to eat in, upon entry I was immediately greeted by a staff member who asked if I was eating in or taking away. They then advised me of the new procedure of ordering on the self-service kiosk and putting in a table location. The food came quite quickly considering how busy it was at the time. Food was great, exactly the high standard I expect at a mcdonalds store.

Lot's of improvement like self order option on delivery or pic up also the fast service very brilliant.

The speed of delivery. The particular outlet was packed as it stood a short distance from where the game was. We almost thought of looking for another eatery as we expected delays. However, the takeaway was as quick as it would have been on any normal day. Well-done to whoever designed the delivery process and the team that executed.

The staffs are very polite. But just drive thru staff needs to know the menu before taking the orders. Maybe he might be on training so I am not complaining. The waiting time is less. We just waited for 4mins and the food we ordered was handed over to us.

Friendly staff, a good example of a Maccy's. A real shame that some of the customers have a clear disrespect for the place and staff, but we were happy to be a minority.

Queues were short, food was less than 5 minutes from order to presentation. Staff were pleasant and restaurant looked clean. Despite a busy drive through, the team looked to be handling it well. Food was also fresh and well cooked, always a bonus!
