Daniela's classes are a perfect balance of calming, balancing, stretching and centering. She starts the class by calmly helping you centre yourself and focus on your practice, then leads you through a series of postures - with options to suit every body's needs - that stretch, twist and bend you so that your whole body is worked. She ends by talking you through a wonderfully relaxing shavasana session. I'm so happy to have found her!

As a novice at Yoga before going to Daniella, I have to say she is brilliant. She has such a knack for explaining how to do the poses and how to tailor them to make them work for you. As well as explaining the ethos and spiritual side of the practice. The classes are very inclusive, there is a great supportive atmosphere and I always come out feeling super relaxed and happy with my lot! Would highly recommend.

I love Daniela's teaching style. She is caring and considerate of everyone's needs in the class. She prepares each class carefully , focusing on different parts of the body, changing the emphasis (slow, or more dynamic) in response to comments and request. She guide us and demonstrate every position, and provides alternatives for everyone. She is calm and warm. She brings the principles of yoga to us in practical and simple ways.

Daniela has a creative teaching style and she incorporates variety and depth to her classes. She is very encouraging and helps us try out new poses safely and with good humour. There are no repeat lessons, each one is a one-off, which keeps it fresh, enjoyable and challenging. You will receive a warm welcome and lots of support. I thoroughly recommend it!

Classes with Daniela are excellent. She is always early (not all teachers are!) and well prepared. She is very keen to have feedback and respond to it. Her 75 minute vinyasa class is extremely good, thorough, well-paced and just enough challenge (for me!). Daniela is warm and welcoming and her own modelling of practice is inspiring.

Daniela is a fantastic yoga teacher. I started coming to increase my activity after illness, and she took the time to discuss with me any problems I might face before my first class. She is always able to offer adjustments to poses to suit everyone in the class, and I always leave feeling so stretched and relaxed.

Daniela has a well thought through yoga session and will adjust a pose to be manageable for any injury, which is so helpful. She is kind, friendly and has good knowledge to discuss any questions. The exercises are varied week to week, so never feels boring or the same routine. Appreciate how toned and mentally relaxed I feel afterwards. Wish I could start every day with this class.

Daniela is such a warm, welcoming and friendly person. Classes are small and she goes out of her way to ensure you can participate regardless of your ability or experience. She is keen to make your time in the class a beneficial experience. She gives lots of suggestions for alternative poses if you are unable to complete the original suggestion. The sessions end with a cool down meditation, it's worth it for that alone, Daniela has a soothing hypnotic voice that ensures you end every session in a good place. Highly recommend.

Daniela is a really encouraging and positive teacher. We work hard in the class but Daniela creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. She monitors us and will always offer a modification so you can always do something and get the most out of the class.

Daniela is the best Yoga teacher! She puts a lot of thought into the sessions, so there is a lovely progression through the different postures, which supports concentration and awareness of the body. Although some of the positions are quite demanding physically, there is nothing athletic or striving about Daniela’s approach. I always leave feeling better and inspired!

I've really enjoyed attending Daniela's yoga classes. She offers a very welcoming, calm and nurturing space and takes care to introduce alternative ways of doing poses to accommodate injuries and different abilities. I always feel very relaxed afterwards.

I loved the yoga class with Daniela! I am a beginner and her way of explaining and showing the movements made it easy and fun for me to follow. Her guidance create a calming yet invigorating space and I felt great after the class. Recommended!

I attend Daniels’s chair yoga at The Clockhouse and also Barton community centre .
Daniela is a superb teacher , attentive to everyone’s difficulties and adapts the yoga positions to accommodate all of us .
I am only a beginner and struggle with some positions but Daniela is not judgemental and I really enjoy her classes . Christina

Daniela is an inspiring teacher. I always leave the classes feeling nicely stretched and mentally relaxed. She gives us a different, well planned sequence each time so it is always interesting. I am constantly surprised that there seem to be an infinite number of positions to learn which means it never gets boring!
