My partner and i both bought new bikes from Cycle King a week ago and were very impressed with the service we received.The shop has lots of choice and every accessory you would ever need!!
We were served by Phil and he took the time to acknowledge we were waiting even though he was with another customer.A big thank you from us both.

I really like the service here. The folks are very helpful. They helped me fix my saddle on two occasions, in spite of it being nearly closing time. The service is always very good, never felt rushed. I just blindly go here any time I have something that needs to be fixed now.

Bought my bike here and been back for bits and pieces several times, Dale has been so helpful. He always knows exactly what's wrong with my bike and explains it really clearly. So thrilled I've found this place, definitely the best bike shop in Oxford!

Went there and had excellent service! The guy was really kind, told me exactly what I needed to know for a fair price. Would definitely reccomend to anyone wanting to get their bike fixed properly and easily.

One of the best bike repair experiences I’ve had thus far. Extremely quick - handed over at 3pm and got it by 10am next morning. Multiple jobs required, including removing a calliper with completely worn out bolt.

The other place down the road said 12days before the next slot (for only one of the smaller jobs!) - And I imagine multiple days before getting the bike back 😑

Bought a bike here and staff were very friendly and helpful. I am not experienced with bikes so when I came back a few weeks after with a question about the bike, they were very helpful and explained everything well

I visited on the 8th Dec 2023.

I was served by Max, and his service was outstanding and remarkable.

I came initially as my bicycle back-brakes have been yanked off by someone, and I tried fixing it but to no avail. I thought that it was no longer salvagable, and wanted to just visit Cycle King to remove them entirely, to replace with a new one.

However, Max took the time to slowly inspect the brakes, to check it thoroughly to find out where exactly was the issue. After about 5-10 minutes, Max somehow managed to fit it all back and fix it, and it was working fine! I also asked for the service fee, but he said that it was a simple fix, and wished me a great day.

I am happy to be served by Max. He is friendly and approachable, highly skilled, and is very patient.

I will defintely visit again should I require anything.

Amazing service! My breaks weren't working and Mikey fixed them within 10 minutes, didn't even charge me anything for it and explained everything that he was doing along the way!

Have to update: took my bike back in to change the bottom bracket, since I didn’t have the tools to do it myself and I didn’t know quite which size was right. The guys turned the job around in less than 24 hours, on a walk-in basis, for a good price. They did exactly what I needed twice with really great customer service. Very happy.

Since moving to Oxford I’ve only ever gone to cycle king for my bikes and my services. The guys there are so knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Usually they’re able to fix the bike on the spot and it’s always so reasonably priced. I had a super old 3 gear Raleigh that I loved but constantly needed attention and I wouldn’t have trusted anywhere else! A true gem on the cowley road!

My bicycle light attachment was stolen while I was at work. Came to cycle king and they replaced it free of charge. They also explained what I can do to make it safer to avoid such occurrences. Excellent service

Offered very helpful advice about my brakes and then fixed my mud guard for free. Very friendly and helpful and this isn’t the first time. Would definitely recommend :)

This the second time the guys at Cycle King have come to my rescue, fixing a puncture and sorting my locked gears a quick fix. Saving me a long walk home. Where as other cycle shops decline even suggesting to book in when they availability.

Ollie did a fab job at fixing my bike. His service was great – the bike was ready on the same day and the brakes are now working as good as new!

I had a problem with my back brake, which they fixed for free on the spot! They also checked my bike over and showed me how to fix brake problems myself in the future.

It was a nice experience. It was my first time buying a bike and I went in completely inexperienced. New to the country and the whole bicycle scene, was lost at first but everyone was kind and helpful and Mickey showed me everything I needed to know to get one to fit my needs and within my budget, how to take care of it and what to look out for. Bought my first bike and happy with it :) 10/10 Would recommend.
