Great service from everyone I spoke to - Andreas, Alex, and Jason. Really friendly and happy to chat - all clearly love bikes. Took the time and effort to talk me through sizing options etc too. New bike purchase went very smoothly!

Great store! Three really good experiences:

(1) I went in "just browsing" and they very helpfully walked me through some of the bicycles.

(2) I purchased a bike, which was easy and seamless.

(3) I dropped by and they fixed an issue with my front wheel without changing.

Fantastic help from one of the lovely team, before a club night ride with the Condors. I popped in to get a screw put in my bike and the friendly, helpful guy did it straight away. Saved me potential difficulties on the club ride. Thanks so much! 😁

Very impressed with Beeline brought a new electric bike started to riding and found out the computer on the bike started to cut out, phone up no problem they sorted out the problem straight.
They replaced the computer with a new one from the manufacturer,
The service was excellent I would recommend them as one of the best cycle shops in Oxford
You can park outside or there is a side road across the road.

By far the best bicycle shop in Oxford. They look after people from the local community. You can rely on good advice, very fair prices and lots of goodwill from an excellent team. Will definitely buy my next new cycle from Beeline.

I was recommended Beeline Bicycles because a friend had gone there, and I thought my bike post had broken. I went inside and they suggested prices, etc. to me and told me to bring my bike in from outside. When I did, they told me that my seat was loose and that the bike post was not at all broken and fixed it for me without any cost. Super helpful and super kind!

I came in today and was helped by Alex who was super proactive in getting my bike fixed up, was in and out in 5 minutes with everything I needed!

Amazing service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I went there to buy my first ever bike shoes and he really took the time to explained everything in detail to me.

Best bike shop in Cowley! Super helpful staff that actually want to help you. I have seen too many students getting ripped off in other bike shops (...King). Go here if you need an honest opinion. Good products and repair. Highly recommended!

Popped in as mudguard rubbing on front wheel after bike fell over. Young man was very helpful and took time to make an adjustment which stopped it happening. Thank you

Really great guys running this store, I brought my bike in with a minor issue with my disc brakes (about which I was utterly clueless). After fixing it swiftly, they wouldn't take any money! Thanks boys

A very happy new patron. Thanks to oxfords bike theft problem I found myself having to rush to the shop from work to make it just before closing however despite my cutting it close, Jason and the team were more than accommodating. They were well informed, helpful and good humoured. My parts have been ordered and I look forwards to collecting them in due time. Well deserved 5 stars.

Went into Beeline Bikes to kill time. Had a warm welcome and spotted an amazing electric bicycle with lightweight style, and elegance like no other I have ever seen. With the support and advice of Jason, who adapted the handlebar position to my eccentric needs, I am now the proud owner of this stunning machine. Can’t praise the staff in this place enough for their patience, knowledge and advice, with my first venture into the world of electric. Have just taken my bike for it’s first long ride, and I am amazed at the pleasure of riding it (Specialized VADO SL). This purchase has changed my life for the better.
