I found UK Homecare to be most professional and genuinely caring in their service to my Mum as overnight carers. I recommend that you try them if you are looking for a dependable care service. We used UK Homecare to care for our Mum, from the intial phone call on Friday to a meeting the following Monday then carers started on the Tuesday, everything went smoothly.
Amber was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble- the three carers we had, Najimo, Yasmine and Naima were lovely, very experienced and kind and caring. Mum loved them.
We had to increase our visits from 2 to 3, then to 4 when Mum was put on palliative care, we also had an overnight carer. This really helped us as we knew Mum was in safe hands and all her needs were being met which left us to enjoy the visits with our Mum.
Sadly Mum passed away on 21st April, she is no longer in pain, we are extremely grateful to Amber, Najimo, Yasmin and Naima for all their help and support over the last couple of months. It is very much appreciated xxx
