Pets at Home is the Home for Me of Dogs as it's Range and Quality is Essential for your Extended Family of our Beloved Animal's.

Came in looking for high fibre food for my dog, great customer service. Happy customer.

Always helpful and usually go there when my dog gas a vets appointment. Thry are always accommodating to my pooch, giving him a treat when we leave. Vet4pets also very good but thry are upstairs now. There is a lift at rear of the shop, I personally preferred it when thry were downstairs at the back if the shop.
Upstairs should be for retail in my opinion. If you gave a disability,something you may need to be mindful of if your visiting the vets.

Lovely staff both in store and in the Vet department. Good selection of pet supplies and good deals within the Pets at Home App.

Had to take a beloved animal for cremation. The staff were absolutely lovely.

Great staff, very helpful today. It was a bit of a hit and miss a few months ago, but it seems to have been improved, especially on the bug front!

Good quick service for click and collect. Although 1 item was actually paid for, then unavailable, my debit card was refunded back with the amount. Good tidy store, smart staff.

Great store. My little one loves going here just to see all the animals and fish, a huge selection of these and good prices too. There is also an adoption service available on some hamsters, gerbils etc which is great if you are on a budget. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile to provide a top service. Would reccomend this store to anyone

Our usual pet shop. It's good, no complaints apart from app that is supposed to give you discounts but the ones they have are never useful or applicable.

I visit here often. Staff are always friendly and willing to listen, advise and recommend. Pets are well cared for.

I always get a friendly greeting/services in this store, compared to the Botley store all the staff at Cowley are ten times more helpful, they always check that you are happy with your purchase and if there is anything else you need, if you are buying pet health produces they will always ask questions around the produce and show you other opinions, always ask about your pet, always ask if you have a VIP card and if you want your receipt and will always give you a smile with a friendly farewell, great customer service

I love this shop! There's always a few biscuits under the pick & mix shelf to grab, and staring at the rodents and rabbits is the best thing ever!
The staff always give me a biscuity treat when I leave the shop which is great speshily after I've just had a fur cut...

A pleasure to be served by Sherry today at the John Allan Centre store in Cowley. So patient to help fit a harness to my dog and a great help in helping buy correct dog food and measured amounts required. She could not be helpful and I appreciated her help very much. So a big THANKYOU Sherry
