Gymophobics Hinckley

Absolutely love it here. Started around 9 weeks ago and apart from losing 7.25 inches overall, I have gained confidence and met some lovely people. Rachael, the owner & an instructor Michelle & Emma, who are instructors and Carol, who supports the team, are all so welcoming, very professional and supportive. They give lots of encouragement and will help you to achieve your goals. I love the fact that I can focus on inch loss and not the scales, although there's no issue on focusing on weight and diet. It is up to you to decide on how you want to approach things, all of which you can discuss on your initial visit. I've met some lovely ladies who are members and there's always a chat to be had and lots of support. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for a while now. I thoroughly enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Rachel and her gang are lovely. Very knowledgeable and motivated. They are always on hand to offer help and advice and have been very supportive towards me which I greatly appreciate.
Very good value for money. Not only is the circuit available but there are video classes to suit all abilities or to target certain areas that need a bit extra work on. There is also diet and weight loss advice.

Fantastic 'ladies only' gym. All 4 instructors, Rachel, Michelle, Emma and Carol are very knowledgeable, and guide you every step of the way. Staying with you for the first few sessions to make sure you've got the hang of things. Not only is it a place to improve your physical health, but also your mental health. Everyone is so welcoming, there's absolutely no judgement at all. It's definitely my happy place. 💪🥰

I’ve been going to Gymophobics for about a month now and can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve been to. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, approachable and full of knowledge and are always on hand to help and guide you through my work out if needed. The members are fantastic too and put me at ease straight away so I haven’t felt self conscious at any point.

I’ve only been going for a couple of weeks and I’ve already noticed a difference to how I feel. The 30 mins circuit really does work and it’s so easy to fit the time into a busy schedule. The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They and the other members are very supportive. I’m really pleased I’ve joined!

Wonderful place. It's serious training and also jolly chats and giggles. Each lady is professionally supported by very caring trainers, who do not leave a person alone after being shown the ropes. It's not just the physical training, it's also psychological support. No one is ignored, no one is laughed at, no one is looked down upon. There is also a social side, as the members and trainers also meet up outside the training now and then. After being a member of multiple gyms in both Germany and here in Britain over the years, Gymophobics Hinckley is the absolute right place for me to be. 10 out of 10 from me!

Such a friendly place with regular 1:1 reviews of your progress. Staff are all so friendly and down to earth and give lots of positive encouragement. It's the perfect place to exercise and unwind after a busy day. I'm looking forward to taking part in the no sugar diet club after hearing about the fab results others have achieved.

Being an actual gymophobe, I couldn't rate this place enough! From the moment you step through the door, you are made to feel welcome and part of the team. All the staff and members are friendly and approachable, and it's a good social work out as well as a physical one. The programmes really are tailored to you personally and the staff encourage and motivate you without pressuring you. (That's not to say that they won't push you that little bit further when they know you can do more than you are doing 😉) Really couldn't recommend it enough 👍x

so glad i joined last year, with all the help from the staff and encouragement, i managed to lose weight, but father christmas made me put some back on {smile} so glad i have started back and looking forward to a newer thinner me, thanks to everyone for their help...... sylvia 413

Lovely friendly staff. Am enjoying every minute. Can't recomment it highly enough! Feeling very motivated and such a positive place to be.
