We haven't used Arnold Clark, so this was our first experience and I highly recommend them.

From the initial contact I received from Matt, through to completion when we picked our car up, it has been seamless.

Matt sent us a video within 24hrs of us reserving our car. The video was a personal tour around the vehicle and inside, along with the key information any potential car buyer would be looking for.

I was trading my car in, and the whole process from start to finish was pretty much frictionless.

We have also received a follow-up call AND a personal video from Matt within 5 days of our purchase. Matt was checking in with us to ensure we were happy and to assure us that if we needed any help or further information, we could contact him.

It isn't that often, I feel compelled to write a review of length but when it involves a purchase of significance financially, it is important to share my experience. Especially when it has been to the level of service we have received.

Jess T looked after me and she was very professional, I purchased a MG and she made me feel so comfortable throughout! Nothing was a-bit of trouble! Absolutely love my car!
I would also like to mention that Steve also helped to get the sale through, he was really helpful and knowledgeable about the MG’s. Really appreciate it, I collected my car in the dark and noticed a damage seat the following morning, I spoke to Steve who helped me straight away and said that they would be able to get that sorted for me.

I had a really good experience buying my car. Natalia Froelke who assisted me, was really helpful and listened carefully to all the options I wanted. She presented me with a couple of options and was really mindful of my budget. She was really knowledgeable, explained the process really well. I would recommend her for any buyers.

I came to this particular branch as I noticed two cars that I was interested in seeing, however with me being quite tall, I’m rather limited to the sort of car I can fit in. Although there wasn’t a sale, I would really like to give a shout out to Jess T who I dealt with, she went above and beyond in making my visit to Arnold Clark a great experience and for that reason I’d definitely come back once I’m ready in changing my car. Jess let me take a look around the cars, sit in them and get a feel for the car. She then spoke more about the car and the various models in which they’ve got available on their website - her customer service skills and the way she dealt with me was a good experience all in all and I appreciated her time and effort in helping me to decide on which car to look more into. Bought a used car from here recently. I rang up and enquired about the car and spoke with James T who answered all of my questions and did me a lovely video. After viewing the car and a test drive.
