I came from Bristol to review this car, the sales was Alex. He was really passionate, nice and efficient. He was not hard selling at all. Thanks for his help. The shop was well lit and clean, and the manager was really nice. Even though it is a second hand car, the quality is amazing. Unfortunately, I found out that the insurance rose by 4 times, so I chose not to purchase. However, Alex was happy to return the deposit without problems. Highly recommend.

Great customer service from Laura, she helped me pick my brand new car. Also gave me a courtesy car while I waited for it to be delivered which really helped a lot. Came to collect it today 🎉 and was gifted with a thank you card and some lovely cupcakes. Can’t thank you enough I am in love with it x

Picked up our new 73 plate Astra today. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Laura could not do enough for us. Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Presentation and punctuality were excellent and handover took only 30min with a run through of everything. Shiv the GM who we dealt with on our initial visit is also a fantastic manager there and it's reflected in his team. Took my car in for its MOT and service at the Wolverhampton site, Dan was great really helpful and polite as well as the gentleman who greeted me by the door. Process was smooth and easy. Completely different experience to another Vauxhall site I have been too and has left me feeling more positive about buying a Vauxhall car again, I will definitely use this site again for future services and MOT.

We were contacted by Shiv when our motability car was due for renewal. He made us a convenient appointment. This was brilliant as I had been meaning to attend to it but had been really busy. He greeted us on arrival at the branch and then passed us over to Laura. She was also brilliant. Helpful efficient friendly. We had an easy and pleasant experience even got lovely drinks and biscuits. Filled in all the paperwork with us. Just waiting for our new car. Would highly recommend this company and branch.

I have had two vauxhall cars from this Vauxhall dealer. Brilliant sales man, brilliant service and very knowledgeable. Recently I have gone in about my car I have at the moment and the salesman called Raj was absolutely brilliant and the parts and service man(cannot remember his name). They were both really understanding, professional and funny . I would honestly and genuinely recommend this showroom to anyone who wants a new or used car 10/10

Had another car from Vauxhall today off Calvin and Syed and they were brilliant, they made sure I was looked after in changing my vehicles over. The show room was clean and presentable and I had a test drive in a new car which was loverly. They were all professional and friendly and understanding they didn’t rush me and made sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend again ! A 10/10 from me . Honestly guys go down and speak to them even if it is to look around they will give you the information and help you need 🥰

Tracey Robinson is very helpful and she talked through absolutely everything with me unlike the advisor at Ford yesterday. I am more than happy with my new vehicle and can't wait to collect it. Very very 1 happy bunny and she really helped me decide the best decision and wasn't pushy either. I want to give her a 10 star rating if there was 10 available, but 5 will good. We came in today with no appointment but were quickly greeted by Shiv who made us feel so welcome. We were interested in finding out our options for upgrading our car. He passed us along to Kelvin whose knowledge was phenomenal. He fully explained all of our options and took time to go through everything in detail. He answered everything and it was very clear that he wanted us to have the best possible outcome. I couldn’t praise him high enough.
