What can I say. 5 stars are not enough. They were amazing from just looking, to buying with full confidence. It was easy, convenient and the staff were more than willing to help with any queries. Can't fault them. I will be back for my next mini. Might even get something faster. A special shout out to Jim. Felt like a Paul Hollywood handshake.

Mr Blue Sky came for its first service on 23rd July and I can honestly say that I was impressed with the quality and content of the video sent to me by the mechanic Sandor. Previous videos that we have been sent when our cars were in for repair were scant to say the least, I think his videos should be the standard by which your other mechanics should aim for. No problem with the service done in a good time however having to wait for 1 1/2 hours for the car to be cleaned was not a good outcome, maybe Mini should have it’s own car valet unit. All the staff at Wolverhampton are wonderful and very helpful. Thank you for a 10/10 service, 5/10 for the clean

Wanted to say a big thank you to Jackie Hogan and Ewen Watts. Both super personable and made the process easy from beginning to end. This was my first time financing a car and Ewen spent so much time teaching me about my options and walking me through the process. Jackie was at the top of her game and helped me feel at ease to take my time choosing a car and she even went out of her way to get it delivered to me. Would highly recommend the team and can’t thank them enough!

We just bought a used Mini from Sytner Wolverhampton and I dealt with Tom in sales, I just wanted to say that from the start Tom and this branch have been so amazing to deal with, nothing was any trouble and the service and support I received was first class and in this climate where service can be dodgy to say the least this experience was a breath of fresh air, don't hesitate to deal with them as I felt so well looked after and above all felt safe dealing with a Mini main dealer, thanks again Tom it was a pleasure.

I brought a JCW a few weeks ago and the service was outstanding. The receptionist Maria when I first walked in was so welcoming and kept the coffee’s coming throughout the afternoon. Derek was who I dealt with mostly throughout buying my car he was helpful and knew his stuff. I also dealt with Matthew and for someone so young he was very up on things and very pleasant. I had to pop back in today for some help with CarPlay and Aaron came out to help me he also was so pleasant. Overall I’m very pleased, I have used mini before purchasing a clubman and before that always used Rybrook BMW with fantastic service from all the Rybrook team.

Best experience at a car dealer I've ever had. After speaking to Tom the mini Genius, he was able to help us figure out what we needed from a new car. Tom then helped us work with Abi in sales to order our new car.
