Exceptional service from Chris in Wolverhampton branch. He very professional and friendly dealing with us today. He was thorough throughout the process and gave us a fair offer. Slightly below what we expected but it was still reasonable. Chris is a true credit to the company!

Filled out a valuation on Saturday and then turned up on Sunday at the Wolverhampton Branch. Chris was great and very informative and friendly.

Agreed the price for the car which was close to the online valuation (after fees) and far higher than the part exchange which I had been offered.

From then we did the paperwork and the funds were in my account the following day.

I cannot fault the service at all.

Honestly thought this would be an awful experience and that they would knock the price down way too much but I was very impressed with the whole process. The whole process was easy and efficient. After the online valuation I was able to get an appointment the next day. The handover and check of the vehicle was quick and I was given the value as per the initial quotation. This is the perfect way to a no hassle sale and is now the second time I have used WBAC. Apart from the lack of signage the service from start to finish was really easy. The initial input gave enough to receive a text detailing the hole enquiry.

The link within the text is a live one and amends the valuation in line with current fluctuation if left for a period of time before acting upon, which was the case with me.

The fact that it’s open as late as it is enables the people who working through to 5:30 still the flexibility needed to make the sale otherwise it wouldn't of been possible.

Was a little bit wary reading all the one star reviews, but I was completely satisfied with my experience. Joe was very friendly and helpful, conducted a thorough examination of my car, and then offered a reasonable price given the scratches and chips he found that I hadn't even seen. Could I have received more if I'd sold it private? Sure, easily. I'm sure I could have had the issues repaired for less than they took off for each one found too. However, between me saying hello to Joe and me leaving with my car sold I'd say about twenty minutes had elapsed, and that convenience alone was worth it and the reason I went here in the first place. I was under no obligation to accept the price and was never under any pressure while I was there. If you're just looking to sell your car and want minimum hassle this is a great way to do it, as long as you go into it with reasonable expectations and realise you're going to take a financial hit compared to a private sale.

I sold my 2004 Porsche Boxster S at the Wolverhampton branch. The entire process took no longer than 20mins and the guy doing it explained every single step to me. The offer I accepted was £1203 above the p/x I had been offered by my local garage!! I would also like to state how professional and knowledgeable the wbac representative was. All in all a great service and highly recommend.
