Honesty rating - my appointment this morning with Brandon went excellent, he went above and beyond and was everything you want in a practitioner. He listened and also acted on all my concerns, really grateful so thank you again for your exceptional skills and support.

Lovely, polite and efficient. Rachel the nurse is absolutely lovely. The reception always goes the extra mile..
Jessica EARDLEY nurse / doctor is very very good at what she does. She has a warmth about her she listens and takes the time to listen. She was so lovely when I went to the surgery.

I’ve not joined yet as waiting for babies 8 week checks at current surgery but I’ll be joining here afterwards. Was sceptical due to reviews HOWEVER I visited the health clinic yesterday and they were all extremely friendly and personable. Having rang the surgery (Which is a separate part to the clinic) today (21/05/20) at 3:05pm I got through almost immediately and the receptionist who answered the phone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. She really helped with my query, was really nice and friendly on the phone taking interest and care and this has secured my decision that moving to this surgery in the coming weeks will definitely be the right decision! Best service I’ve ever experienced on the phone to a surgery. The poor reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt... remember, they’ve been told to ask about your ailments and they need to filter the non urgent from the urgent to allow urgent appointments to be given to those in most need on the day. It’s not their fault if the NHS hasn’t the staffing to accommodate every single patient on that day.

I have always found the staff both friendly and professional. They are extremely helpful and considering how many patients they have to serve they do a very good job. Yes we would all like to get a doctors appointment when we want one but sometimes it is not as simple as that. I would recommend this surgery completely.

Well can I just thank all the staff for their fantastic support and professional over the last 6 months.
With my own medical concerns(shielded since March)
But especially with the support for my elderly parents.
When I have called the staff have been fab and got me sorted or adviced my best course of action.
I have had a number of video calls with Doctors, they are not ideal but we got sorted, and they all gave the time needed and were all wonderful.
My Mum needed support after a fall, the assessment staff went out to her home.
Any medication changes-sorted
Investigations-requested and then called with results.
Interventions-arranged
Immunisations-given
I was terrified when lockdown happened, but everyone at Loomer Road (and all the other associated places) you have been wonderful

The practice is great. The doctor really took his time to explain everything thoroughly to me and make me feel comfortable. I felt like all my questioned were welcomed. Really nice practice and great customer service as well.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and polite manner of the young lady Physiotherapist.
She put my mind at ease, answered all of my questions thoroughly, provided clear advice and sent me appropriate exercises. I am more positive about my future thanks to the professional service I received

My first time facing the surgery. I myself am New to this area. Delighted by the quality of work and beyond any of my expectations of help offered. found once through the protocols which just needed adhering to. Ie online registration: they were all very helpful

Spot on! Not used for an emergency apointment but when needed for a non urgent issue recieved call back within 24 hours and referals were put through quickly. Telephone staff when booking were very nice as well.

Hi When the doctors merged it did take a few months to get sorted.
The telephone staff are very friendly . Telephone consultations are very good and the doctors always have time to listen to you. I am very satisfied with all the loomer rd practices . Keep up the good work

I was so impressed with how my son was treated today by D kahoo, she was kind and took her time and double check with another doctor on what could be wrong. Thank you for being so professional and putting us all at ease.

Today had a physio appointment 25th Aug. The examination was excellent with the explanation being clear and precise and the treatment was explained and videos sent to me to follow on at home. Very pleased with the service.

Dr explained my condition in simple terms and explored other treatments we can try feeling hopeful was brill

I love my Dr's. I have had a few health issues recently and I can't fault them. All staff are helpful and friendly.

Doctor I have been consulting with over the phone regularly has helped me so much over the past few months..she takes time out to actually listen to me instead of just giving medication and telling me to get on with it..my problem has much improved with her support and help..Thankyou x

This morning I was contacted by Dr khoo of loomer road surgery I was absolutely thrilled to talk to an expert in medical issues Dr khoo was so experienced in the way she spoke to me in every way possible I would just to thank all at the NHS for there services through this bad time and wish them all the best ,,thank you very much,,colin
