Great super market you can almost anything here we go every week

Best asda around we travelled from burton as it has far more than the ones in our area

Good big shopping mall , big fruit bar , great Polska food corner, hot and warm pizza service bar , many Joghurts and desserts shelves

It's a nice store, it's the prices that make it impossible to do a big shop now

I was in asda ventura today. I was buying a dress fromm the sale but it had no belt. Dawn from George tried to find me one . She has lovely customer service. We also went in to the cafe for lunch . Have just being diagnosed as celiac I am finding it hard to find food. Your gluten free hot sandwich was so good .

My wife's Ray ban sunglasses were missing a screw from the arm. We are flying out on holiday tomorrow, so I wanted to get them fixed. My wife told me that she had got her prescription reading glasses from Asda, so I tried there this morning (Sunday). I went in to the options, and asked Marion, the lady behind the counter, if they could help? Marion took the glasses, and brought them back 5 minutes later, having fitted the screw and cleaning them for me! I thanked her, and asked how much? She said no charge! Wow, fantastic, really didn't expect this level of service these days. Excellent, thank you again Marion...

My favourite Asda that I've been to. Such a good selection of products, it's rarely over crowded, it has plenty of parking (though the occasional traffic jam when trying to leave) and the store is generally clean and tidy. It's always my go to store when in Tamworth.

The best (so far)ASDA store that I have visited. So clean & well laid out it was a pleasure to visit. The staff were so friendly too. A mark above the rest.

Went into the store on Saturday afternoon, shopping was pleasant and the store nice and clean. Lovely lady on the checkout. Got home and I live in bar well so a good 40 mins away and realized I had left a bag of frozen food at the checkout. Gave them a call and Wendy in customer service sorted me out true to her word she credited me on a gift card and posted it out to me, thank you Wendy very much appreciated. 👍👍

Always fab produce, service great, loads to choose from. Well played out. Always clean. Love having older people on the tills as they give fabulous customer service. Well done. And thank you.

Called here when passing, as a Measham resident it's not my obvious local store, but I was very impressed, huge store, sells almost everything this side of boats for goats and shoes for gnus. Staff very helpful too. Am a regular visitor now.

I'm posting this review of 5 stars to highlight the kind actions I received when I last went in. There was a Manager named Chris, who was called to the shop floor by an employee. She was very rude, and due to my situation, I needed help. She snapped, "I'm not going to do your shopping for you". I was really humiliated and shocked. Plus, I hadn't actually asked her at this point. I won't name her. So I was really grateful when the Manager (Chris) greeted me and treated me kindly. I really appreciated it.
Another lovely employee seen me struggling and offered his help, he was really great actually.
So I think based on these encounters, five stars was the least I could do, and I hope Asda recognises that they secured this review for them!

Large, with a large car park, it also has fuel pumps although pay by card only, this is not manned. Has water, air. close to everything else in venture shopping centre

A popular store so can get very busy. Best to visit at unsociable hours if people annoy you and you prefer a quicker and less stressful shop. Large range of food and home products. Sells most things.

One of the best Asda's I have been too, The staff are very supportive, if you need a bit of help during your shop, in the cafe or have an issue in the toilets or changing rooms then go there.
They are a very accessible shop with two levels, yes they have a fairly large lift. The changing rooms are fully accessible, with grab rails and a pull down seat to help trying on clothes, The toilet is to accessible but its located in a narrow corridor and the door opens outwards which has coursed some nearnesses with other customers, the turning space in the corridor is very tight even for a manual wheelchair.
There is plenty of disabled parking bays around 20 , I prefer to go to this Asda than the one closer to where i live due to how helpful the staff are.

Great choice of household items and kids clothes and toys too.

Went in to Asda yesterday to get a custom cake I had some problems with connecting my phone to the kiosk but I approched a lovely very helpful girl I think her name was Rebekka (I hope ASDA do a reward scheme like places I have worked in the past) she was polite and helped me with Putting the photo on the kiosk I got it sorted but sadly the printer was having issues which was fine as I only needed the cake today the lady took my details and I got a message today saying it was sorted ready to pick up, today I approched another lovely girl I am unsure of her name but she had blond hair and very kind she was also polite and helpful too I received the cake and I have a very happy cousin on his birthday with a cake with his face on, thanks so much for the amazing customer service (I know how nice it is to get positive feedback so I try as much as possible to leave a positive review and hope the two girls that I had help from know they are an amazing assist to the company) I appreciate it majorly thanks again ☺

A very good large supermarket with plenty of choice + great prices. Very clean + lovely staff.

This morning I was shopping and started feeling unwell, got to checkout and felt faint. The ladies got me to sit down, fetched me some water and a first aider and were fantastically kind and caring. I have secondary breast cancer in the bone and am on chemotherapy tablets 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, probably for the rest of my life. Talking to the ladies I realised I hadn't eaten enough hence feeling very weak. Lesson learned! I just want to say a huge "thank you " to the ladies and the young man who cared for me. Fate intervened and I spotted a friend, she and her husband took over and got me home safely. Many thanks Asda, high praise to you staff!
