Service good, staff and managers were pleasant, was extremely helpful. It was a very busy time of day. Food is okay its Mcdonald not an fine dining experience. Was clean, busy and quite noisy

quiet. decoration 10/10. incredibly foods (obv it’s mcdonald’s). they’re i’ve cream machine always works (+milkshakes). avoid mcplant.

Finally a McDonald’s that has the happy meal books!! can stop buying those £2 happy meal now after being scammed with the same toy so many times by other McDonald’s 😂

Top quality, far better than McDonalds in Birmingham.

I am appalled. Devasted. Shocked. At how disgustingly atrocious the QUALITY of this food is. I am APPALLED at how downhill this KFC has gone since I went there for the first time in 2010. As soon as a walked in, I was coughed on and greeted by the smell of aloe grape mango cherry ice blaster watermelon nicotine. Not a great start. I walk up to the counter and handed my happy meal. A REAL rat. A LIVE rodent scammed out from my big Michelle. Watchmojo was right about you. I was disgusted to find TOENAILS lingering about in my fries. I'm never coming here again. It retrofitted my measles.

My order got cancelled as one of the drivers was rude. Long story short I called the store to see what had happened as the driver called me and a girl called Kate told me what had happened. Then she said she is trying to get another driver to get my food. My order then got cancelled and she said that I’ll get the money back which I did. After that I re ordered and she made sure my food was remade freshly. I’m very happy with how I was treated as a customer, so thank you to Kate for helping me out and being understanding. To add on… because of what had happened and how long it took they put free ice cream in as well for the inconvenience, thank you!! :)

We have been served on this little Makis for the last 12 years and it was consitently good, friendly and clean. Staff is always very eficient and available to help.

I ordered via the app and ordered for pick up instead of delivery by mistake - a lovely young lady named Katie very patiently went through the cancellation process with me which took me a while! Big thank you to her for being so kind and helpful and also to the young man I spoke to first. Brilliant customer service!

One recently enjoyed fine food at this establishment. However,one would appreciate it if one could be seated according to class. One finds it most disturbing having to be close to the "lower classes" while they eat,as most of them do seem to make a noise. Their table manners also leaves alot to be desired. One puts this down to the low level of intelligence which one often associates with the working class,aswel as the lower classes. Seating customers by class would improve their profits by far!!!

Love the new touch screen units they make customising your burgers very easy. Also it's nice to see them being freshly out together. Only issue is no lift to get upstairs with kids as all seats downstairs were taken bit no big deal carrying the push chair up

Popped in at lighting expecting to wait ages. Serves straight away, staff were lovely and food was piping hot and I could tell it had been freshly cooked. Always clean and tidy both in the restaurant and the toilets

I visited tonight with my 7 year old granddaughter. The food was surprisingly good and quickly served. Staff were lovely especially the lady who was doing the cleaning who took the trouble to find a specific toy for my granddaughter.

Quick and friendly service. Can get very busy on a lunch time with all the college kids using it but everything is orderly and the queues godown quickly

I would personally say that the Eccleshall road Mcdonalds institution is a very fine restaurant indeed. Would 100% recommend having your birthday meal and/or any other celebratory meal for that matter. Very nice staff and the food is 5/5

My kids love a maccys quick to order on the new screens and can take away those gherkins lol

It is an ok place to eat sometimes it is very busy in the drive though so I usually pop in it is quicker as you an use the self order points
