All staff always give a personal friendly service. My dentist takes care to ensure that I am comfortable and at ease. His work is to a very high standard - he takes time to ensure that the preparation and finish is good and never rushes. He is also careful to explain what he is doing. He shows me before and after photos and discussed them with me. Quotations are clear and my treatment coordinator takes time to talk to me about them. My hygienist takes care to clean my teeth without harm. Her advice has been very helpful and has improved my daily dental care regime. I feel confident that my teeth are being well cared for

My experience with Derrick at Christchurch Dental was exceptional. He’s confidence and detailed explanations during the procedure made me feel completely at ease. The care and attention provided was top-notch, and the quality of work was impeccable. I highly recommend them for their outstanding dental services.

Having visited a dentist for the first time in 45 years I can only extol the virtues of Christchurch Dental Practice.
All the staff are excellent and they make you welcome.
Having been nervous about visiting I immediately felt at ease and the experience was nothing to be feared. Whilst I won't exactly look forward to my next visit I shall do so without trepidation.
I cannot praise this practice and the staff highly enough.

My first appointment at Christchurch Dental Practice this week - what a difference to my old dentist! Dr Abdullah was so thorough and explained everything really clearly. His nurse Meg was lovely. All the staff I met there were really friendly and welcoming. Would definately recommend!

I was refered here by my own dentist because of difficulties with a tooth extraction, I was contacted the very same day by a pleasant team member & was seen the next day. Amazing treatment & care from the moment i arrived until the moment i left. I was offered a drink, the waiting room was lovely & welcoming everyone were friendly & listened & the first class treatment i received from Dr Megan Samuel & her assistant Hollie was above & beyond . Everything was explained constant praise as i was treated ,& a discussion as to what to do for aftercare. The only negative was i am disabled which they were unaware & i had to climb the stairs but they helped me every step of the way. I have enquired about transferring to this practice & will definately look into doing so in the near future. I would advise anyone looking for the perfect dentist to try here & be satisfied with a first class experience.

I went to Christchurch Dental 2 years ago with various issues.
Over the journey of the last 2 years I can’t thank Ash and all the staff for their continued support and excellent work.

I attended the clinic for the extraction of a wisdom tooth under sedation. I am a really nervous patient and was shaking when I arrived but I have to say Dr Ingrid Bosch who administered the sedation is the loveliest person you could meet, as is Derek the dentist who removed the tooth. Everything was explained really well , I was relaxed and felt like I was in really good hands. Thank you to everyone at the clinic who was involved including the staff on the reception. I can highly recommend this dental practice.

I had Abdullah for an emergency appointment for my teeth, he was excellent throughout, and made me feel very comfortable whilst operating. As I chipped my tooth through rugby, I was very worried, and he was very knowledgeable in the area. Tabitha was helping him and was also really good, and they both made my experience really positive. As a visitor to the area, was able to book a same day emergency appointment. Dr Derek examined the problem tooth, took an x-ray, & having found an abscess, prescribed & supplied anti-biotics. Impressed by him & all the other helpful staff I encountered on this visit.

Brilliantly looked after by Abdullah and Megan, felt so at ease and was extremely happy with my procedure. Very professional and an extremely relaxed environment. Would 100% recommend. Thank you 🙏🏻

My family and I are long standing clients of Christchurch Dental, first meeting Derek to undergo Invisalign treatment for myself. It was a pleasure to visit the surgery during that first period of treatment and continues to be today.
Having attended two sets of appointments in the past week for various members of the family, we experienced a calm, friendly and spotless environment, smiling and professional staff and we generally felt very at ease. The hygienist appointments were very thorough with all details attended to and well explained. Upon dental check ups for my children, I feel that the dentists, Derek and Ash, have my children's long term dental needs under careful review and that they take the time to consider the best path and advise me accordingly. As a parent, this is reassuring with there being an increasingly complex array of available treatments.
The reception team are equally attentive and always respond quickly to queries. Tabitha was most helpful during our most recent two visits.

After having a complete nightmare experience's with my previous dentist Toothclub Ipswich in which I had new veneers fitted which were absolutely shocking in terms of the quality of work and aftercare.

DO NOT USE TOOTHCLUB IPSWICH EVERYONE STAY WELL CLEAR.

Since day one from my first appointment with Christchurch dental practice they have seriously been in a different league.

It has been above and beyond my expectations and bit by bit slowly rectifying my Veneers 11 out of 10 in my eyes absolutely amazing team they have there.
