Berners Dental Practice

I have been going to this Dental Practice for 50 + years. In all that time I have had really good treatment. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Dr. Keady is always helpful and professional.

Been at this practice for years receptionists very helpful and polite. The dentist explains clearly the treatment necessary and the different options I have and will give advice if I ask but the final decision is left to me. This makes me feel in control of my treatment. I appreciate how comfortable Dr Keady makes me feel as a person who use to dread going to the dentist. Thank you to you all.

Absolutely fantastic dentists. From my initial appointment to receiving my new dentures was smooth and easy. Very knowledgable and helpful throughout. Highly recommended

Fairly new patient with this practice. I’ve opted for den plan and what a delight. Very friendly and helpful staff. Attention to detail and helped with my decision on bridges with my botched root canal from a previous practice. Can’t fault them and Kaitlin and Cheryl are a delight and very helpful. My wife uses them with NHS and can’t fault them either. Good car parking space at the back of the building and even calls you before the appointment to make sure you’re coming still. Keep up the amazing work

Today my son was seen for a checkup. The dentist was very helpful and kind. She was professional and provided good advice.

I’m so glad I’m with this practice. Just the thought of visiting a dentist used to worry me but that all changed when I got signed up with this practice. I now feel comfortable going regularly seeing Nitika. Such a lovely dentist/person who never appears rushed, listens, and has time to comprehensively answer all my questions.
The receptionists and team are extremely helpful and usually remind me a day earlier of the upcoming appointment.
The premises are of good standard and best of all, the car park always has spaces available.

Hygienist and Dental checkup today, the reception staff are always helpful and patient. The dental staff are very clear with what treatment they are providing and listen to any concerns you may have.

I can’t fault Berners Dental Practice, I had terrible teeth to start with but under Maria Keady’s supervision I went from someone who never smiled to someone who can’t stop smiling!

I even had to have a root canal to save a tooth, along with visits to the hygienist and a whitening programme, a filling or two and boom! One very happy customer indeed.

Just back to the regular check- ups now.

After searching everywhere for an NHS dentist, we are extremely fortunate to have registered here. Very friendly and informative. Definitely the most relaxed I have felt at dentist. Extremely professional 👏

I have always been treated promptly and kindly by all members of the Berners Street team, from polite and friendly receptionists through to all the nurses and hygienists I have met. My dentist, Dr Chia is not only gentle and thorough, but also discusses treatment carefully and thoughtfully.
Very happy with my care.

I had a root canal extraction today done by gavin and can say he is the only dentist I know can who can give you an injection without you even noticing!
Great job done and was nowhere near as traumatising as I thought it was going to be. Would definitely recommend to anyone else needing surgical work undertaking.

Last Thursday was ours first family visit to Berners Dental Practice. We took our 2yr for her first visit, seeing Dr Daniel Chai, who was very patient and kind with her. Which has helped hugely!

The reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful, setting our little girl up with a great start for looking after her teeth now!

The practice is clean and very well looked after and although we could only get seen as private patients, we were able to get an appt in good time with a time slot for all 3 of us to be seen together.

I have a Heart Surgery coming up and my checkup was booked in for next month but they got it in today (Went Yesterday after my dentist appointment and asked could be moved forward at all) and also they asked me to ask the consultant if there was anything they need to do dental wise for the surgery to go ahead so thank you so much for the amazing service every time I go.

Quality dental and customer service. The dentures are excellent, as was the dental care during the process, as was the care and service for a new crown and filling. 😁

From receptionist through to dental surgeon,all the staff are always professional,helpful, efficient, polite and caring . The quality of treatment I have received over the years has been impeccable and I would without hesitation recommend this practice to anyone requiring dental treatment .

I am a registered NHS patient at this surgery. I never have a problem getting an appointment and have had consistently good treatment,most recently by the excellent Dr Nikita Gurung. She is unfailingly kind,sympathetic and professional.
