VII Apartments

We recently had to move out of our house because of flood damage and were waiting for the insurance company to find us accommodation. We got in contact with Seven Property and we were in the property within 24hours.

The whole process was quick and easy, Sally gave us some very easy to follow instructions on how to check in, etc.

The property is in a great location, with pubs, restaurants and great transport links close by.

Inside the property it has everything that you could need and it is all done to a high standard. Spacious living room, and a nice well equipped kitchen bathroom and bedroom.

I would highly recommend Seven Property and Victor House to anyone looking to stay for business or pleasure.

My mother and I stayed in separate apartments for almost a year while in between properties and the Seven team could not have been more accommodating and helpful from start to finish. They made a very challenging time, a lot less stressful and we would highly recommend their serviced apartments for a short or long term town centre stay. Thanks to Sally in particular for taking such good care of us :)

My girlfriend and I stayed in the loft for my birthday weekend. The seven team were absolutely fantastic, and the apartment had everything needed to make a pretty hefty breakfast. Central location was great for a morning walk down the quayside and town was 2 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant apartment, amazing location and the communication from Sally was exceptional. We ended up extending our stay on two different occasions but this was no issue for Sally even though they had to move guests around to accommodate us. Highly recommend and will use again when we have another yacht at Fox's marina being built.

We had a production crew staying here over a 3 month period and the SevenProperty group
were super helpful with any requests/issues that arose. They were also really helpful with offering advice to do with the local area such as parking, shops etc.

The apartments were lovely and modern with a cleaning service offered weekly - very helpful for crew working long hours!

Absolutely incredible apartments! We had a couple members of our production crew stay at the apartments for a couple months and they throughly enjoyed their stay. Everyone at Seven Property was so accommodating and helpful, if I am ever needing to organise accommodation in Ipswich again I will be back in contact.

Honestly amazing! In all aspects! I have been using the apartments on St. Peters road since March this year and the service has been great. Always clean and tidy and when I had an issue with a leaking boiler it was sorted within a few hours! Cant recommend these apartments and the way they are managed any more!

Me and my family had a wonderful experience staying in Flat 5 of VII building. It is a very spacious and clean accommodation.

Have been staying in these apartments each time we visit Ipswich and enjoy excellent accommodation.

We were very comfortable in Curzon House. The flat is centrally located, close to all amenities and is well furnished.
