Rob has been running this place for years. I love this gym, definitely my favourite place. The whole gym and gymers are like my second home. Miss working out here when away from home
No other gym beats it.
Has all the equipment and all looked after, offers all protein powders, egg white, supplements all at a very good price. Membership is also a good price, and even the day rate os good.

Prior to using i contacted the gym by telephone and the person I spoke to was really helpful and down to earth and for that matter welcoming. I was impressed clearly is a gym worth using .They also assured me that advise of individual fitness needs would be available.I am impressed and am sure this will be a gym with a really positive atmosphere.

Proper gym friendly reception very helpful owner with vast knowledge of health nutritional advice and many other aspects of the bodybuilding lifestyle.
You won't regret paying a visit thank me later.
