From start to finish Craig and his great team of young men worked tirelessly to ensure a very smooth move for us. They were all so very helpful and nothing was too much for them. The packing was carefully and speedily done. All was completed with Craig's calm personality and his gentle humour, which definitely took the stress out of it all. Orwell removals made a potentially stressful day 100% stress free. All the lads were friendly joyful very hard working with nothing being to much trouble. All our possessions were handled with care nothing was damaged in any way stairs doorways walls were free from scuffs and scratches.
Even though there was a relaxed working atmosphere they were efficient and working to an obvious tried and tested system. I can't believe how quickly we were packed and then unpacked in our new home. Thank you to Craig, Ken and the lads your hard work was much appreciated.

The guys that did our house move for us were brilliant. Fast, efficient and very speedy! They did more than I expected, with taking apart beds, wardrobes and then putting them all back together again at the new house. Highly Recommend!

I Just wanted to give a huge thanks to young Craig who helped me out when I had broken down on the motor way. Although admittedly I haven't used Orwell Removals

The best local removal company...have used them twice now and both times have had exceptional service from Craig and his team.
Nothing is too much trouble and would definitely highly recommend as they were professional and friendly throughout the move.

Really professional service with amazing and polite communication. I needed a piano moved and they charged £180 which was cheaper than other companies and this included getting up a large flight of steps. The piano did not have a mark on it so they did a good job.
I phoned them for the quote quite late in the evening and they are open late and so this is really helpful. Their communication was amazing and they let you know an hour before when they are due to arrive.
When I move I'll be using this company again and will strongly recommend them to friends and family.

I have used this team 4 times now and each time I’ve had a fantastic experience. From small moves to complex moves they have been quick to respond, take the stress out of moving and are professional throughout. I have had the packing service in the past which was a Godsend when I put my back out and I’ve used their storage facility in my last move. Worth every penny and I always recommend them.

The team were a great bunch of guys who carried out the job as instructed, and did so with enthusiasm and professionalism. Was our first time moving home, and they made it much easier for us. Nothing was broken, and everything was put in the correct rooms we asked for. Would happily recommend them.

I'm not the kind of person that normally leaves a review on Google but we were so indebted to Craig and his team for making our house move completely painless that I felt I needed to let others know what a joy they were to work with. Communication was very good. They arrived earlier than stated because the weather was due to be 30 degrees plus (our house moved took place in July and I apologize for not leaving a review before now) and despite the heat worked without rest, fueled only by the occasional cup of tea/coffee.

To make life easier, we had tried to label each box with a room name but inevitably there were a few that were missed. They checked with us for each and every box/item to ensure it ended up in the correct room.

We had zero breakages and zero damage. Orwell removals were a thoroughly professional company and I would have no hesitation in recommending or hiring them again.

Orwells did a fantastic job of moving us from Essex to Suffolk. The communication was great (I'm a bit of a chaser) and it didn't faze them at all. The guys were on time, fast, friendly and did a top job. The price was very reasonable. Would recommend to everyone.

Superb service from Orwell Removals. Managed to turn it around from initial contact through quote appointment to removal day in less than a week due to needing a short notice move. Professional and courteous service with the utmost care taken of all my belongings whilst still being very efficient and fast. They were also extremely competitive on cost. We used Orwell Removals and Storage for our recent house move. We opted for their fully serviced package where they came and did all of our packing for us, including dismantling furniture as well as the removal.
They were brilliant. Really friendly staff, always prompt, polite and helpful.

We had got 3 quotes for our move from various local companies and Orwell came back the cheapest by quite a long way. In this case cheap didn't mean poor service, they took a lot of the stress out of moving and were great every step of the way.

On the last two occasions we have used Orwell’s I didn’t even bother obtaining alternative quotes as I am so pleased with what they offer and value their level of service far more than trying to save a few quid.

We used Orwell Removers on Monday this week. All meetings and discussion have been dealt with in a totally professional manner. On Monday through no fault of ours or Orwell Removers we were met with a unforeseen problem which after many phone calls before the problem was resolved and the keys to ou new home were finally released at 5.45. Orwell Removers had been waiting to unload at our new address since early in the afternoon. We kept Orwell Removers in the picture as to what was happening. Initially they said they could stay until 5.00 pm and then when we told we would be able to have the keys Orwe Removers told us they would stay and unload if we had our keys by 6.00pm. We finally collected our keys at 5.45 and Orwell Removers unloaded with some extra help and left us at approx 8.00pm. Their commitment to their customer was faultless. I know that Craig had to re-arrange appointments that he had with potential new clients. What was a nightmare of a day for us was made a little easier by Orwell Removers commitment to ensure that we moved in that day. We cannot thank Craig and his staff enough and know that we would not have received this service from a 'bigger' name company. So thank once again Craig and team and we certainly would recommend Orwell Removers.
