Wickham Market Post Office

Just wanted to write a review about the lovely ladies in the post office. Got myself into a pickle whilst trying to fill in some forms with my toddler who was restless, the ladies helped sort everything out keeping my son busy for a little while so could get things done. It was lovely and genuinely appreciated. Customer service like that is rare these days. Lovely, friendly, helpful service. Thank you.

Had a heavy parcel that I needed ASAP, I rang the post office and she held it for me so I could collect this morning instead of having to wait for the postie (plus I felt bad at how heavy it was) and they done it for me absolutely no problems! I found this so helpful because barely any other service will do this !! Really lovely lady on the phone as well! 10/10 service, polite & efficient!!

Superbly clean and well looked after family run business, with5 stars on scores on the door. Also sells beer, wine and spirits. Well worth a visit.
