Bellfields is owner managed and it shows. They help their customers, no wonder they are popular. Honest, reliable and always a pleasure to do business with. They have looked after my car for 18 months. Their trading hours are fantastic open at 730am till 6pm. Thank you, Steve and Russel so much for getting my car back on the road.

Three days ago I went down to my allotment in Guildford as usual but when the time came to return home, I discovered that my offside rear tyre was flat. I’m in my 80’s and I can’t change a wheel like I used to, so I phoned the AA only to be told that unless you are stranded on a motorway or busy A road, there is no chance of being attended to for at least 2 hours. I rang Bellfields Autos and immediately I had a sympathetic ear from the reception team and within 15 minutes, an extremely helpful and courteous young mechanic had found me, and then proceeded to replace the faulty wheel with the spare so that I could get home. The following day, they informed me that the new tyre had been fitted and the spare could be replaced in the boot. Brilliant service all round! Their prices are very competitive as a bonus! Mr. J. We were very pleased and impressed with the swift and friendly service we received at our recent MOT at Bellfields this week.
Despite failing the MOT, the whole process was handled so efficiently and with great customer service and was a good experience. Ian, our technician, showed us exactly what the problem was in the shop (and how dangerous a worn wheel bearing was - we were lucky not to have had an accident on a recent trip to Dorset) and they were swift to fix it in just under 2 days.
This enabled me to drive my family into London yesterday for my birthday with confidence that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked and fixed by experts - who even wished me a happy birthday as well at pick up!
I will definitely be returning to Bellfields and highly recommend it. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I have always had a great experience with Bellfields. They don't try to upsell or find unnecessary things to charge you for, so absolutely trustworthy.

I first became a customer because I went to them to replace a fused bulb. The chap at reception replaced and fitted it for me, with no charge. I was sold and became a regular customer.

Booked in for MOT which failed. Needed some new rear shocks and was told a time frame that was not going to work for me. The guys did their upmost to get the job done within 48 hours and did so. Very pleased as have sent family members to this garage after our usual garage closed down but this was my first personal visit

Booked in for a intermediate service and MOT. Friendly staff, good communication, very reasonable price (when compared with BMW) and very thorough checks completed (fluid levels, air con, brakes and tyres, etc). Overall very happy with the work done and will definitely use again (my classic mini needs an MOT soon).

Car broke down and roadside assistance ran diagnostics that came up with 3 errors. Brand dealer quoted a figure higher than the value of the car itself to repair. Bellfields investigated the problem instead of just blindly following the diagnostics and replaced only what was needed for a fifth (!) of the brand dealer's quote. Although they were very busy they managed to find time and repaired the car timely. I'm impressed with their work, professionalism and customer care.

Left my car with Bellfields after breaking down and being towed by the AA. Issue was quickly identified and resolved, with the car being ready 5 days earlier than expected. They were fair and helpful, I’ve used them for MOT’s for years and always been very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Easy to talk to. Was able to find me a slot for MOT due to a cancellation. Busy garage but attentive staff. Car was inspected on time and was done in less time than I expected.
