Johnny provided great information and advice (no hard sell) about where my car was in terms of its service intervals. Very pleased with the work and customer service - I can see why I was recommended SE Autoworks by someone I know. I will definitely be using them again

Hard to get booked in because they are so busy but so worth the wait, they are honest and give the fairest quotes. It's very rare to find an honest mechanic, especially as a woman but these guys have got me out of paying extortionate prices for work that doesn't actually need doing...and that alone is worth it's weight in gold! Great service from the team as always. Seems expensive for a service but I trust them and know they do a good job which is hard to find these days. Recommend!

Great, friendly service and communication. Fixed an emergency boot issue the very next morning, only charged for the 20 mins it took to replace it. Unlike other garages, no patronising comments. Secured themselves a new customer!

Needed a new back box fitted to my car. Got quoted prices way out of a student’s price range several times before finding SE Autoworks, who quoted a much more reasonable price. They ordered the part straight away and I was seen the following morning. Quick service and excellent customer service. Really helped me out!

this is a very good local gargage in Guildford. My previous garage closed during the pandemic and so had to find another one that was also member of the good garage scheme. Both Jonny and Phil have serviced my Polo well providing good honest advice on costs and maintenance.

They even collected my car from me whilst I was too poorly to drive in order to complete some much needed work and servicing. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent work by Phil and John. knowledgeable, honest and diligent. Got to the root cause of my power loss issue and found the problem, a missing circlip. They didn't take advantage and were extremely reasonable with their invoice. Have been a customer for a few years now for regular servicing and repairs on a string of Audis. I just drop the car and leave the keys and know its in really good hands.

I've been getting my cars serviced here for a few years, always decent prices. Recently I had a seized sparkplug which BMW told me might cost thousands to fix (possibly a replacement engine top). The mechanic at SE spent an hour working the plug back and forth until it came loose (working after he was due to go home I might add, because he wanted to try while the engine was warm). It's hard to describe the relief of receiving a £70 bill when you've been dreading one for several thousand but obviously I was very happy and I don't think anyone at the main dealer would have put in that much care and time into fixing the problem.

Good garage, I used them few times already. Had MOT done on both of my cars and other jobs. They made mistakes but promptly fixed anything wrong with their work. Usually return car quickly.

My favourite garage - they check the car properly so you can have your mind at peace - if these guys say your car is ok then it's ok. In the same time they don't push customer into anything if it's not necessary - simply put they treat your car the way they would their own. Yet prices are very reasonable. Not much parking space available there but they can handle it well so really nothing to worry about :-)

I had my MOT, service and valet done today and wow I wish someone had told me about this place before! They made it all so easy for me to deal with, especially as I was too busy with work. I will certainly be going back to this place every time I need something done with my car! Even the people there are lovely. Go there if you want you save yourself a headache.

Great guys there. Went in to ask if they could possibly get my car on ramp, as I had a knocking on my front suspension, they had an mot to do then they'd get it in. We then diagnosed a very simple easy fault, and was told to "bring a tenner next time I'm passing" which in my opinion was great at the time. So I came by just before closing hours to give them the money, they were grateful that I honoured the fact that I'd bring the money to them. I would presume they've been screwed over a fair few times. Cheers lads, and I am always a man of my word. Ta

I can not rate this garage highly enough. I phoned up saying I had a cracked radiator. When I arrived the part was already on order. My car was all fixed and ready to pick up the same day. Fantastic service!
