Always nerve wracking when trying out a new hairdresser. However I took a last minute appointment with Amal who was incredible , and left with such a lovely haircut . She made me feel so comfortable and really pleased with the result. I shall be back !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Julia Lampard for a wig appointment, and I can honestly say I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who put me at ease immediately.
Brooke and Julia were amazing. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences.

Rupa's Magic Touch: A Silver Hair Dream Come True!

I cannot recommend Rupa, the colorist at Julia Lampard Hair Salon Guildford, enough! I came in with a challenging request: achieving a silver-gray color on my ends while growing out my natural gray hair. The yellow pigment in my hair is quite strong, making this a tricky feat.

Rupa listened intently to my concerns and understood my desire to minimize bleaching on my natural grays. This meant starting the color blending mid-length, which is an unusual request. She impressed me by not only understanding my vision but also supporting my plan B and C in case the bleaching yielded unexpected results. Thankfully, her skills and expertise shone through – we stuck to the original plan, and the results were fantastic!

Rupa is incredibly meticulous and managed to achieve a stunning silver-gray ash color on my ends, perfectly blending it with my natural grays. This not only minimized the line between the two but also looked incredibly stylish. She's a true artist who prioritizes client satisfaction and delivers exceptional results.

The salon is so welcoming and I have such a calming experience every time I go. All the staff are so lovely, and they put so much care and attention into my hair, as well as my whole experience. Amal always does a wonderful job, she really has great attention to detail, and is able to create the most beautiful hair. Without fail, I leave with such positive emotions, and would highly recommend Amal and the rest of the JL team. X

It was my first visit, Amal took really good care of me and suggested a balayage would be a great option for me. She was very patient and took her time and result is fab. It‘s the most beautiful balayage. I’m in love with my new hairdo. Will definitely go back.

I had a balayage and cut done by Rupa today and the experience and result were both incredible! Rupa and the rest of the team were all so friendly and it was a lovely and relaxing experience to get my hair done at Julia Lampard.

I found the salon very welcoming, relaxing and clean. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Megan did a patch test ready for highlighting/toning in a couple of weeks time and went through exactly what i needed and helped make the booking after discussion which was very helpful for me. I live in Woking and work in London but will definitely be getting my hair care and styling done here. I look forward to my appointment in a couple of weeks.

Had my first ever wig consultation, and was so nervous,. Megan was wonderful, she put me at ease immediately, suggesting various styles, lengths and colours she thought would suit me. At no time did I feel pressured, nor did I feel I had to buy a wig (Although I did), Megan allowed me to take my time. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to my fitting appointment.

Lucy took extra care and Alice was very particular in her supervision. They listened to me and made sure that they satisfy me. The parlour had a lovely atmosphere. Ross is not only exceptionally kind, but also aims to achieve the perfect result. He has been the quiet, consistent source of care I have needed these difficult past few years. Not only that, I bring my dog with me and she and and Julia adore each other!

Brilliant Salon, friendly staff and amazing hairstylist who really took his time to cut my hair and spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with it. All in all a fabulous experience would 10/10 recommend. My stylist was Ross and he was amazing !

I've been visiting the salon since the start of the year and I've never been happier with my hair. Amal does an amazing job with my highlights, it hides the greys and the colour keeps really well. In the past I've had issues with it changing to a more copper tone. I will keep coming back for as long as I stay in Guildford!

I have been having my haircut by Alice at Julia Lampard for 2 years. The salon is a beautiful, relaxing and calm environment in a fantastic location. The products they use are amazing and Alice always gets my hair cut spot on. She is an asset to the salon and I really look forward to my visits. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, without a doubt the best salon in Guildford.

Very good service, very professional. Staff seem to love what they do. Only downside is that it is too popular so it may be difficult at times to get an appointment.
