Excellent team assisted us in the purchase of our new car. We had a major problem initially but this was dealt with efficiently, promptly and satisfactorily. Very friendly, helpful staff made the experience very easy. Thank you to all involved.

Had my mot here. From the moment I walked in. The service team was so helpful. Being greeted at the desk by luke. Waiting for my car to go through the mot. They just made the whole process easy. Even welcoming my dog while we waited.

Absolutely fantastic dealership, they have great staff and the sales team in particular Nic was brilliant. He was very polite and professional while dealing with me during my ordering of my new vehicle.

Sales were very helpful in advising when buying my new car

We were told multiple times that someone would be coming to help us. They never came. We left and went to West End

Took my car in for a service and MOT as booked at 8.15am. They had the car for over 7 hours before even looking at it and then forgot to do the MOT. They billed me for the MOT, but it was difficult to tell as the bill was not fully itemised. I have no confidence in the quality of the work undertaken or even if the work was carried out. I am waiting for a complete refund, as, by spotting their mistake, I have saved them a fortune in legal fees.

It's clear they don't actually care about your customer experience. All they are interested in is the score you give them on the Hyundai branded customer review. I marked them 0 - Not at all likely to recommend them to friends or relatives. The customer service representative seemed hell-bent on sending me a new review so that I would change my mark. She offered to refund me half the cost. However, when I said I wouldn't change the review mark, this was swiftly withdrawn. I can only assume that this review score is how Richmond are reviewed by Hyundai and getting customers to change their reviews is how the Customer Service Representative earns her performance pay.

Unfortunately I have had to change my review from 5 stars. When I bought my first car from them quite a few years ago they were fantastic throughout for both the sales and after sales process. Since then they have gone downhill. I thought it may have just been the usual company customer service drop through Covid but they are worse then ever. I have been in five times now to have a design defect corrected, either they have run out of time, forgotten or not had a booking in the system for when it was arranged to be in. Maybe it's because Hyundai have become more popular in recent years they can't keep up the demand and are unable to provide the quality of customer service they had previously. They appear to be very sales focussed now, once you have bought a car they could then not care less about you. I complained about the presentation and preparation of my current car when I collected it brand new a couple of years ago as there were scratches and marks which was not a great start. Nothing came of it. I don't like complaining but on a nearly £40k car you expect more. The staff in the showroom have always been lovely and polite, maybe they are over worked like all of us. I suspect it comes from the top.
The cars are good, just don't use Richmond. I will be avoiding them from now on.

Turned up as arranged for my test drive. Nobody on reception. Nobody knew about it. The salesperson who was finally assigned to deal with me was not helpful and rather rude. Did not do the test drive and walked out. They will never get any business from me again. Avoid this dearlership.

Terrible communication.
Left my car with them all day for a service, mot and repair.
Repair never got looked at.
They never contacted me once throughout the day to confirm the works. I had to call them and email them to find out what is going on and check the repair has been included. I even had to call them with 30 mins before closing to find out if my car was ready. I live 25 mins away.
They admitted they forgot to call me, blaming being "too busy". The representative was clearly inexperienced.
The inspection video sent was pointless.
I honestly can't think of a positive thing to say. Ridiculously expensive service for an EV where they don't have anything to do.

Avoid if you are able to.
