Fastlane Paint & Body - Guildford

I am very happy with the bodywork done on my car. I came across Fastlane and specially Michael who provided so much support as my case was very complex, given I had bodywork done by another garage and was left in an awful state. Fastlane had to basically redo all the work done by the other garage, and they did it to such an outstanding level, or as they say left it as showroom standard. Michael in particular was very attentive and gave some key advices a long the way! I can finally enjoy my beautiful car! I would certainly recommend their services and would use them again! Car booked in by the insurance company for a new roof / windscreen / bonnet. We were allocated Patric as our contact who was just great at keeping us updated as to progress on the car. The car was returned to us in perfect repaired condition. Very impressed with both service and workmanship.

I randomly walked in off the street looking for some fixings that I was unable to find in the shops, they were rare and missing on my project car and the team were great. They took the time to search their stock for anything similar and managed to find the right ones which has saved me a huge headache. It would have been easier for them to say no but I'm glad they didn't - thank you to the Fastlane team.

I certainly believe Jamesy my claim handler has gone above and beyond his remit to ensure that my vehicle had all the necessary attention and detailed work it required. Unfortunately my wheels had been stolen from my car and whilst this was happening, we had encountered damage in various places around my car...

From the initial introduction to Jamesy till the final handover of my vehicle back to myself this gentleman has kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. Everything I explained and expected from Fastlane was taken into consideration and Jamesy managed my very high level expectations and ensured he mirrored my eye for detail. I’m glad I chose Fastlane and had Jamesy looking after me. My car has been returned back to me in the best condition it possibly could have.

Fastlane was recommended by my Seat Dealer to repair heavy scratches to the paint work. I was seen without an appointment and an immediate examination was conducted. Shortly afterwards I received an estimate for the work. This was carried out to Seat specifications. They promised it would be like new and when it was returned it looked as if it had just come from the showroom. Excellent work and the invoice was for less than the estimate. I was kept informed of progress throughout and couldn't be more satisfied. I would recommend Fastlane to anyone with a similar problem
