Really helpful staff (including Leanne) helped me find a fabulous jacket for my partners Christmas present. It fitted like a glove and he absolutly loved it. Many thanks for the excellent choice and service.

I can't fault the detail showed by staff with regard to what the customer wants! The attention and effort is put in place. Especially from the Lady employee that dealt with me.
I do warn customers that the shop in my personal opinion is vastly overpriced due to the fact after buying a shirt, I found another identical in a high street shop at a third of the price. Buy cautiously but a nice shop.

I was exceptionally impressed with the outstanding levels of service, product quality and presentation of the shop. When I look for items, I dislike it when members of staff hover and ask loads of questions. I find it to be distracting. This was not the case when I purchased items of clothing at Weir Rhodes today. The assistance that I received from the members of staff was exemplary.

I also took photographs to evidence how exceptionally smart-looking the shop was and the presentation of the items was impressive. The members of staff took the time to engage in a great dialogue and took an interest, which I greatly appreciated.

I am also allured by the fact that the receipts are hand-written. Sometimes, it is the small details which can make a significant difference.

I shall definitely return.

What an amazing store! It really is a cut above other menswear stores and is a very specialised and upmarket store with a wide range of clothing for men. I am blown away with how lovely Scott was as well as the other staff too. I bought a shirt which they specially ordered in for me (well for my husband really) as they did not have the size in stock. The called me to let me know it had arrived and when I popped in to get it I nearly bought a different shirt too. After getting home and then deciding I wanted that shirt as well, they kindly offered to post it to me (next day delivery before one pm) as well as calling me to let me know it was now on its way and would be with me tomorrow. I can honestly say I have never had this kind of really amazing customer service from any store.
I will make sure I support them and there is no need to go the whole way to London when you have a store like this in Guildford! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and unusual item. They seem to have it all.

These people saved my life figuratively some years ago. While travelling for business trip, I forgot to take a shirt with myself. With wide choice there and really helpful stuff, the buying of new one turned into pleasant situation. And what is the best thing? The shirt still "works" fine even after years and still looks like brand new one. Thanks so much for your service, guys!

Great choice of menswear. It's not cheap but has a fabulous selection of beautifully cut clothes from suits to more casual attire. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Knowledgeable staff but one male can talk "for England". Find Scott for the best service.
