Lidia (hope I remember well her name) was fantastic, she genuinely wanted to help me when buying a tracksuit. She is a good acquisition for the store. She is interested in doing a good job. I can’t say the same thing about other members of staff from that store

Store manager refused to provide a refund due to having purchased men’s clothing from in store in London, even though their policy states return to any store in the country and their customer service team advising the policy is correct and that the store should have refunded the item. Complete breach of consumer rights.

Poor “computer says no” customer service

Tried to return a pair of faulty trousers bought 6 weeks ago. I didn’t have the receipt as I had kept them, but I had a bank statement as proof of purchase. Sunday Girl advisor on 13 March told me they couldn’t do anything without a receipt point blank, no alternative solution just a “no receipt no nothing” response.

I phoned Customer service who have told me to go back to the store and ask them to find and print my receipt to return them … now for my second trip back to the store. Hopefully I don’t come across computer says no again

I Spent more than £200 last week at the Mango shop. Bought a top as a gift for my girlfriend birthday, but I took the tag out. In the end, I had to exchange it. Because it was not my girlfriend size, supervisor Joe refused to exchange or refund. Awful customer service
