Nice clean little spar with a good choice of items...so much better since the revamp

Broke down here and had to wait for 4 hours for the AA, very friendly and gave us free tea and coffee while we waited. Very much appreciated. Thank you

I left my fuel card there.I called and Kirupa had found it and posted it back to me.What a star many thanks Kirupa a credit to the company.

Staff friendliness and professionalism vary depending on who's on. One gent who was on today was rude, threw my item down on the counter after scanning and gave the impression he didn't want to be there. Put me off wanting to visit again.

Why do they tut when you ask for a costa cup??? Worst customer service!!!!!

Also, hiding the cups for the machine and when someone asks for a coffee, they act dumb and try and make in house coffee.

If I could give zero star I would!!!!

I was on my way to Hayling Island holiday resort with my family when we stopped at this service station to use the facilities and to buy a hot drink. The toilets were in a disgusting state, very dirty , not fit for purpose to be honest and was shocked that they were allowed to be used by the general public . I wouldn't recommend anyone else to visit this establishment .

I’m not impressed with this store at all! 🤨I’ve been here on five different occasions and each time the Express Costa Coffee Machine isn’t working. The excuses have been hilarious just so that you have their coffee instead, which is more expensive! Which is why Costa should take the machine and signage away as it’s a total waste of people’s time stopping at this services to be palmed off with second best little service coffee! I won’t be stopping here again on route to a certain well known vets nearby. 🤨

This place is a joke, right? It’s literally twice as expensive as any other Spar anywhere in the country.

It’s £3 for a bag of ice. Literally every single thing in there is marked up by at least 40%, and in some cases (the ice, for instance), 300%.

The owner’s policy is clearly “make sure nobody ever comes back”.

If this place was local to me I’d be devastated. Thank god I was only visiting.
