Sue was immensely helpful and communicative. Our ensuite twin had everything we needed (beds v comfy and bathroom very clean) and it's a good location for central Guildford. (just wish I'd found it at the start of my daughter's Uni course instead of at the end!) Thanks, Sue

Acacia Villas guildford was awesome. We stayed for the weekend. The owner Sue could not do enough for you. The room was oh so comfortable bathrooms clean and the shower was hot. Would recommend staying in Sue's house any time, we will be back soon.

Clean comfortable the owner more then accommodating there wasn't enough she would do for you very helpful in always even giving a lift to the coach station on our departure

Definitely, a good place but had a hard time with transactions due to issues with visa debit card. overall service is good. would like to go once with the family.
