Euro Car Parts (Tamworth Store)

I had to return a starline steering rack today as it had started leaking. The guy on the desk in the parts department was brilliant. He went out of his way to sort out the return as the process was complicated, making telephone calls, discussing problem with colleagues, searching on the computer. He was very positive, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He is an asset to the company and I will definitely continue to use eurocarparts as the service was second to none. Thank you 👍

Very helpful. Rang to see if they had a battery for my van. Took my reg and offered a couple of options in stock.
Short queue at the collect desk even on Christmas eve.

Got to be the best thing about this company is they always keep all of there stores stacked with stock so at a moments notice you can collect what you need no waiting as it’s already in stock. Like a lot of people we don’t want to wait nor have the time. This goes for all there stores great feature

Great customer service. Customer entrance is behind metal screening which with a white sign on the wall facing car park saying reception with arrow right makes it confusing so walked to the wrong end of the building..
Need more clear signage but other than that great service A+

Ordered my items online and had a message to pick up 15 minutes later. Easy to find with good parking. Small queue inside which soon went down and the guy went out back and bought my order straight out. Definitely worth ordering online for pick up to save time. Staff very friendly. We will use again

Having been let down by a couple of other places, I ordered online with Euro Car Parts and picked it up the next day. Was there for no more than 10 minutes while the helpful member of staff got my part. Great service.

Visited on Tuesday 15th August, Paige was super helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service when serving me and other customers in the queue before me.

Nearly always have what you need and the counter staff are very helpful.

Can't fault them. Returning part that was sadly correct for my vehicle. Great service just as it should be but often isn't. Full marks to the lady that served.

Rang up on a Sunday to check if they had a vehicle part in stock and they reserved it for me. Drove down for it, paid and was away within 15 mins. Very efficient speedy service and on a Sunday too can't complain.

I always opt for this company for Spares. I usually go online to order. Prices are excellent. The customer collection area is undergoing refurbishment at present. They were very kind when I collected my spares and asked me to wait in my car, then they brought them out to me. Excellent.

Super easy to access off the main road, loads of parking. Quite a big store, they almost always have what you need in stock, even when others don't. Relatively quiet in the day, so you never have to wait too long to be served.

Really good service. Goods available within 15 mins of ordering online.
