I cannot recommend enough. I have made three separate purchases from the pet shop over the last few years, but recently bought ourselves a cockatiel last Friday. Leanne was on hand from the beginning, to give advice and information and we felt so warmed by her own love for her birds, that we made the plunge and got ourselves a cockatiel to add to our ever growing bird family. ‘Pepe’ is the most adorable sweet little bird and it really shows that this little thing has been hand reared with such love and care, so kudos to the breeder also! A fantastic Pet-shop and fantastic staff! Thanks Leanne for helping to reassure our queries, giving time for me to double make sure I was choosing rightly, and for all your patience, it was a totally relaxed and chill experience. I will definitely be back 🙏👍

Our two, much loved, guinea pigs board here whilst we go on holiday. They have been twice and we will book here every year. They are very well cared for. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

I visitied DoLittle today to enquire about keeping tortoises as preparation for our son's first pet. I think I spoke to Maddie (?) apologies, if I got the name wrong, but she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our choice was reconfirmed and she knew what she was talking about. I left with a lot of helpful advice and was allowed to take a few photos of different housing options, accessories and the tortoises themselves. I feel confident that when the time comes that this is the place to return to. Plus they also offer temporary housing for animals when you're on holiday. Something I did not even consider in the moment, but so useful to know. Thank you very much! <3

We have been customers for sometime and always recieve a brilliant service from the team. Everything is done quickly and efficiently the range of raw food is great. Also it's nice to support a local business that always delivers at a good price and with a great service. A big thank you from both humans and the dogs of our family!

Fantastic... Simply fantastic service. Spoke to Gareth regarding buying my daughter her first pet and although they no longer sold hamsters he was a wealth of knowledge. Directed me to a reputable store and was polite and spent more time answering my questions then he had to. Will be buying all our supplies from him in the future and the delivery option is a great bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I do not have a second though recommending them.

Staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable - one lady spent a long time answering my (many!) questions about dry cat food and talking me through different options. I called up in the morning a few months later to order some more food, and it was delivered the same day, for free! Great service

I love this shop and have used them for 6 years during which time they've been consistently great. They offer a really personal service, always have time for you and clearly have a genuine interest in you and your pets. The delivery service is excellent too...a real life saver when you're pushed for time.

The staff have always been extremely helpful every time I come into the store, they stock a very big variety of pet products, animals for sale, animal boarding and animal grooming. Also if they don't have a particular product that you require they can get it for you. They also operate a delivery service which is very efficient. I was concerned the first time I ordered frozen dog food from them but it arrived still perfectly frozen. They are slightly more expensive than the bigger chains but you get what you pay for and that's the knowledge and product with a fantastic service provided by people that care and don't want to just sell you what ever is most expensive. I will definitely recommend and carry on using them myself. They also have multiple stores in various areas which is very useful

A wonderful independent pet shop. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful and they stock a vast range of high quality food and products. I have been using their dog food delivery service for a while but it's been a total godsend in recent months - one less thing to worry about! I highly recommend!

We bought our amazing little 2 year old tortoise Alex (bubbles) from Dolittle pet supplies. We spent a long time looking at all the different varieties and had a long chat with the staff about tortoise food and care. They have a lot of knowledge and love for all the animals they have in there care. We are very glad to have Alex as part of our family now. He is so much fun and has a very cheeky personality.

Always amazing, really helpful staff, if they don't have what you want they offer suggestions or order it in. I went into ask about holiday care for my snake and he won't want to come home after he stays there the viv set up is so good.

Have ordered raw dog food from here for about a year now. More often than not, I get same day delivery or next day. Hugely convenient. Highly recommend.

Fabulous shop, really helpful, interested staff, well stocked. Set in garden centre with cafe and farm shop. Great for pet essentials, advice or just a relaxing browse!

I was so delighted to get DoLittle's email telling me they were delivering locally, and even more delighted by the very prompt and efficient service I was offered: an immediate telephone order and a delivery the very next day! I couldn't be more pleased.

Loved this little shop .Only went to look but then I was greeted by a very loud HELLO from a large bird in a cage
He was lovely and definitely made me giggle watching him .
