We’ve been marketing our late mother’s property through Seymour’s Burpham for the past couple of months and they have been superb. All the team are extremely friendly and efficient and are a pleasure to deal with. We have now accepted an offer on the house after they found us a cash buyer. Thanks to Adam, Alex, Jo & Tracey for all their help.

It is always difficult choosing the right estate agent to handle what can be the difficult process of selling a property. I am pleased to say that in my case the right choice was made with Seymours. The early phases of the sale were competently handled by Adam, Chris and Jo, with the ongoing negotiations, which were not always straightforward, being calmly steered through by Clive. We used Seymours in Burpham as they are our nearest estate agents. Setting up to sell was very straightforward with one contractor booked to take the all important photos, measurements for the floorpan and the EPC during one visit. A convenient date was arranged for weekend viewings, but we had several viewings even before that date such was the interest in our property.
Once we had accepted an offer we were passed to an experienced negotiator (Clive Gee) who calmly and pragmatically kept us informed about progress with our sale.

Seymours Burpham were such lovely people to work with for the recent sale of my property. Their communication was excellent; I was kept informed regularly through a difficult sale process, and Adam was so reassuring when we had delays. Clive was incredibly proactive throughout the latter stages and kept me updated with even very minor progressions. I really felt that they were working in my best interests the whole time to get the sale that I needed. Highly recommended.

I spoke to several agents before deciding to list with Seymours Burpham. I found the team to be most realistic and with the best local knowledge. The sale took almost 6 months to complete due to issues with my buyer's conveyancers, but Clive and the team at Seymours kept my informed and eventually the sale happened!

What to say when your expectations, as a buyer, are blown out of the water. The Seymours team in Burpham, and especially Chris, did exactly that.
