People seem to complain a lot but they work for me. There was a spell whe things weren't perfect but sees sorted now, so I'm staying

I would give no stars if possible!
Never have any dentists in, when they do they do not have any free appointments and when I finally managed to make an appointment to have some replacement fillings they made me wait over an hour for then to tell me that they couldn't do it and the dentist stated that it was his last day, which is no surprise at all with this dentist. If you want work done to your teeth then steer clear!

I've been trying to make an appointment for my dad. I've rung at least four times in the last month (I live in ludlow), which weren't answered and i left a voice mail each time with my details. They never called back. In the end I popped in during the week. There were 2 people at reception and the phone didn't ring once, which makes me think the phone is on mute or not working. Mum wasn't happy with the standard of care she received on her last visit.

I'd leave no stars if it was possible. Been having trouble with my one wisdom tooth what started to rot, apparently they was putting it through for emergency extraction at hospital, as they couldn't do it. waited a year popped back to the dentist. Oh I'm sorry it wasn't put through. Another year went by, I'm sorry it should have been dealt with by now. It doesn't take 2 years to get an emergency appointment at a hospital so I'm guessing they kept fobbing me off. In the end I went and paid to have it out at another dentist. Shocking service here! Other dentist took the correct xrays and realised it could be extracted without the need for hospital and so now I'm pain free after a half hour procedure when I'd been in pain for over 2 years because they couldn't do anything correctly or follow up on appointments. Shocking! Needs inspecting and closing down!

Booked an appointment months ago for them to cancel and then ignore the phones.
I've had multiple fillings on one tooth that keeps coming out. Would not recommend.
Edit: Been told by my new dentist that the fillings that were meant to be permanent were actually temporary.. 😂

Ill fitting twisted crown that resulted in the tooth behind and infront breaking.
2nd crown (infront of other crown) also Ill fitting.
1 side of mouth not treated and wanting to start a “new plan” for this side.
Fillings that have fallen out, the list is endless,.
I put a request in for my dental records in January and filed a complaint in February and haven’t heard back about either!

Don’t bother. Awful service. Not seen a dentist in a year as appt keeps getting cancelled. No one answers the phone ever even though many staff behind the desk.

They dont answer the phone, you leave voicemails and they dont call you back. Dentist barely looks at your teeth. Terrible place, terrible service, absolutely, never go there!!!

Absolutely discusting broke my partners tooth and left him in agony for 5 days then expected him to drive to Cradley heath to resolve it very rude an they never Ever answer the phone unless you phone 10 times AVOID!!!!

Miss information poor service avoid or go 111 it's not worth a star rating there is no duty of care here.
