Pets at Home Woking

Visited the Woking store today and was really impressed with Robert a staff member at the till. He was just so helpful and knew his stuff. I would definitely go back, the other staff members provided me with alot of information and I got exactly what I needed. Thank you

No disappointment with P at H. Good place with all you can possibly need for your pet. Also there is always staff available should you need to ask any questions, and this is rare nowadays.

Accompanied my friend to buy some fish for her fish tank. The shop has a huge variety of pets for sale, including bunnies, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc

My Daughter had to return a cage, staff were very helpful and professional.

Helpful friendly staff, great plant variety, potted fruit trees, excellent, everything plant wise, fruits, berries, herbs, lovely flowers, seeds, soil, pots, definite mist visit.

Bought a harness for our cat. Friendly helpful staff.

Robert was super helpful and directed us to the rewards app as we have recently got a cat and he suggested it for the vouchers as they are tailored to suit what you buy. Massive thankyou, he had great customer service

Took our 6yr old springer into the vets for his check up and once done fournd the wonderful Emma and asked her about a new harness, which she fitted perfectly. She took time with us, calmed my dog and answered my questions. She even calmed me during a nasty anxiety attack when my dog had his nails clipped. She was just wonderful and went above and beyond to look after me

Given such useful and thoughtful advice by Robert who was obviously very knowledgeable (and he carried stuff to the car for us!) So clear that animal welfare is really important to the store, such a nice shopping experience, thank you to all the staff!

Very efficient and great service given

Went to get fish for aquarium, great staff member Rob really knew his stuff and was extremely helpful and friendly.

Both times I went there in the last month, Amy went out of her way to help me . I was looking at the dog beds and she must have taken down and put back most of the beds in the shop - of which there was a big, varied collection. She is awesome and I appreciate her enthusiastic, helpful manner.
I bought some new grain free food today, that was on promotion and I am always pleasantly surprised to see new different stock available as well as the old favourites. Thanks Pets at Home.

Didn't have the size I needed in stock. The girl on the chat on their website scoured the country, but all were miles away.. wish I'd just ordered click and collect for 2 days later from PAH instead of Amazon... which still hasn't arrived!

The staff seem genuinely happy to be working here and this vibe comes across to the customers, which makes the experience so much nicer. The animals for sale environments are always in superb condition which instills confidence you are going to get a well looked-after pet if you're buying. That, and the fact you get to meet lots of happy customers' doggos walking about!

Great service and after care when buying a Syrian hamster

I have visited Pets at Home Woking on numerous occasions as i like to keep fish. The store is situated in a retail park outside Woking Town Centre. The is a huge car park which is free. Access to the retail park is good. The store itself is massive and very well stocked with pet food, treats and toys. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful when ive have had problems with my fish. They also check that the fishing tank is the right size so that fish aren't overcrowded. Even if you're not going to the store for something specific, its nice to walk about and see what animals are available. There is also a vet practise on site although I've never used that.

I've used the vets at this shop for a couple of years now with my Labrador dog, Charlie. It's always been a pleasant experience with polite and friendly staff. The vets and nurses have been really good. When I first got Charlie I was worrying at every cough and sneeze so I brought him in. Nothing was too much trouble and they didn't make me feel like an idiot for being overly concerned over Charlie's health. I would thoroughly recommend bringing your pet here for treatment. The wider shop itself stocks a good standard range of products and the shop staff are friendly and helpful.

I big thank you to the [Spanish] vet/surgeon who operated and looked after our cat Andrew. In the course of the surgery he realised he overquoted for the job and told us so when we picked up our cat. Thank you again for your honesty and the love and care you gave to our cat today.
