Good customer service - they're always happy to help. I've only been in a couple of times, though, I usually find what I'm looking for elsewhere. Sizes can be off, and it can be a matter of luck as to whether they have anything that fits.

Bought from them online through Amazon - shoe sizes were in accurate and rather than a UK 4 received a pair of toddler trainers at adult trainer price. They came quickly and well packaged but I feel mislead. I am posting back today and hope to have a refund by the weekend - I will update my review depending on this.

The staff member was very rude, I commented to my mum that there wasn't much choice and she said "what was that you said we haven't got much" so I said yes even though it was a private comment.
Then she said " we don't sell cheap shoes anymore" as if assuming we couldn't afford shoes. Very, very rude lady and we will never set foot in there again

Went with my husband on 16 th January got there at 10am waited for 30 minutes. Keys in door and people in back of the shop. There loss went back to Coventry,

This place doesn't treat there customers very well
