Used this shop multiple times and have had little to no problems - I even drop off and pick up parcels with little problem. The people inside are polite and always greeted us when we went there.

Great prices,clean and tidy environment, helpful and polite staff,good products good quality.

This guy is the rudest guy. I will be complaining to EVRI he told me to shut up as I walked out the door. I will be making a formal complaint and trying to get his shop closed as a service operator and I will be screenshotting the other reviews to show how disgusting this shop is!!!

Opening times on Google, Evri, Amazon all consistent and listed as opening at 7am. Arrived at 7:20 to be told there was a misunderstanding and that they don't open until 8. Not a misunderstanding just posting false information. Wasted a 40 minute round trip walk.

I do not recommend, I wanted to leave the hemres parcel, they said that there is no place, I will try to prevent it from happening again, or I will work with the courier company or give up, idiots

The worst customer service ever! Avoid if you can, walk a bit more to find much better stores! I came in for a package-less Hermes return of an Amazon purchase as the store is listed as providing this service. The person at the till refused the service and refused to contact Hermes to clarify, or to get removed from their list of package-less providers. Unfortunately there is no easy way for a customer to contact Hermes directly, so beware!

Horrible customer service! I have a box of 73 x 47 x 41.5 cm paid the money twice to get Hermes to pick it up, their app cancels the collection automatically, at the end I had to bring it to the shop, the shop owner rolled his eyes back at me and told me it’s too big and asked me to take it back! Why you advertise you providing parcel service then! Avoid this shop!

Very rude to all people trying to send parcels with Hermes. Refusing to take parcels.
I went in with one medium size parcel and the guy said he won't take it. When I was trying to explain it is very urgent and it has to be sent on that day he literally walked away from me and just ignored everything I said. Horrible customer service.
Sorry but you're offering a Hermes service and you have to take all the parcels at any time.
I will be reporting this to Hermes because it's not right.

Horrible experience and appalling customer service. Should rather be called inconvenience store. Tried to collect a Hermes parcel which had been delivered to them but was met with rude and unaccommodating owners who asked me to come the next day for no reason. If they can’t provide the service they shouldn’t offer it in the first place. Please avoid.

Noticed they are still charging twenty pence to use debit cards. Have been a happy customer in the past until I've realised this. Not just a one time error as have gone back over my records with the bank & realised this fact (only three transactions, as I usually pay by cash).

Enjoy the extra 60p, because from now I'll be buying all my papers, lotto tickets and such like in Asda or WH Smith's.

Vile customer service , man at front desk is horrible. They make it so difficult to leave any Hermes parcel there.
